Public Holidays*
The Venue Hire is inclusive of the cleaning of the venue before and after the function. Setup is allowed from 08h00am on the day of the
wedding. If there is no function a day before, then the venue can be set up the day before the wedding. (Special arrangements with our
Banqueting Manager must be made). The facilities are available until 00:30am, thereafter an additional fee of R3500.00 p/h or part
thereof will be charged for the venue only. (Not inclusive of service staff which is charged at an additional rate). A Breakage fee of
R5000 will be charged, and refunded should there be no damages and/or losses. (This is at the discretion of Ashanti Estate.) *Venue Hire
for bookings on public holidays is subject to change, dependent on the day of the week booked.

current position, unless on special request and approved, as well as an additional moving fee.
