This celebration is a biennial tradition at Boise State
University. Funds raised this evening will go to the
Alumni Association’s Legacy Scholarship program and
the Bronco Associates for Athletic Excellence Scholarship. In addition to providing
support for exceptional students, these programs continue a proud legacy of giving at
our university.
Through these scholarships we enable a future generation of Broncos to make the
most of their college experience through an array of academic opportunities that take
them beyond their majors to gain valuable workplace experiences and skills.

CREATING EXCELLENCE IN ATHLETICS
The Bronco Athletic Association (BAA) is the fundraising arm of Boise State Athletics. The mission
of the BAA is to create opportunities for Boise State student-athletes by providing the necessary
resources to be successful in the classroom, in competition and in the community. When you join
the BAA, you provide scholarships for Boise State student-athletes. BAA members support nearly
400 student-athletes in 20 varsity sports. BAA membership begins at $100 annually. When you
commit to our team, you commit to changing lives!

The Alumni Legacy scholarship was established in 2003 to celebrate family traditions of attending

Thank you to our dedicated chair and event committee for their
commitment to student scholarships at Boise State.
Dixie Grant has proudly served on the Bronco Athletic Association Board
of Directors since 2012 and is a lifetime member of the Boise State Alumni
Association. She has actively participated in four auctions and this marks
her first serving as the chair. She is a native Idahoan and a graduate of
Boise State University. Since retiring from Hewlett Packard years ago, her
passion has been to spend most of her time serving on foundation boards
and fundraising for those in need around the Boise Valley. If she’s not
sitting in the stands at a Boise State athletic event, she can be found on
the golf course or in her kitchen.

Thank you to Brad Larrondo, this evening’s master of ceremonies, a Boise State University graduate
and member of both the Bronco Athletic Association and the Boise State Alumni Association. Brad
has been a part of the Boise State Athletic Department for the past 25 years, currently serving
in the role of senior associate athletic director on the department’s executive leadership team.
In addition to his primary role as chief of staff for head coach Bryan Harsin and the Boise State
football program, Brad works closely with all of the external relations areas, including the Bronco
Athletic Association, overall athletic fundraising, development, branding and marketing initiatives
and University Advancement.
During the course of his career, he has overseen a variety of areas, including corporate
sponsorships, fundraising, athletic marketing, media relations, football administration, radio and
television play-by-play and football recruiting and day-to-day operations. Brad graduated from
Boise State in 1993 with a BA in broadcast journalism, before receiving his master’s degree in
athletic/public administration from Idaho State University.
