such as the surveys carried out by trendence and Universum,
document the high attractiveness of AUDI AG as an employer.

The company requires experts, especially in its innovation fields.
Audi has a firm focus on its own development of talent: from
supporting interns, PhD students and students preparing aca-
demic theses to degree apprenticeship programs. The Audi
Group further increased its workforce in 2017 and now employs
around 91,000 people worldwide, of which about 61,000 work
at AUDI AG in Germany. Almost 44,000 people work at the
Ingolstadt site.

With more than 200 working hours models and the option of
mobile working from any location, Audi is responding to the
various life phases of its employees. The company is continually
expanding the “Audi Play Space” childcare concept, which com-
bines all activities relating to childcare. This includes places at
nearby childcare facilities, flexible short-term childcare for chil-

More than just an car manufacturer: Audi opens

arose from an employee initiative, was the starting point for
the cultural involvement of Audi. Under the Audi ArtExperi-

The company bundles community service activities and supports
