Ofsted launched a new Education Inspection Framework in May that will come into force in
September 2019. Steve Long (Capita School Improvement Expert) will be presenting an overview of
the key changes to the Framework, school accountability and implications for schools. There will be
guidance on how SIMS can support school leaders and teachers in self-evaluation against the 4
judgement areas of the Education Inspection Framework, including the use of Power BI dashboards
now available. There will be a specific focus on how SIMS can support leaders and governors in
tracking and analysing attendance.
