Beachwood High School Natatorium is Beachwood High School Natatorium
home to both the Beachwood High
School/Middle School Swim Teams as
Sponsorship Opportunities
well as the Beachwood Bison Swim Club.
6 floor displays Size TBD
The swim club offers year-round
opportunity for youth ages 5-19 to swim
on a competitive, national level club which 2 large backdrops 8’ by 8’
trains them for the potential to swim at the
collegiate level and beyond. 4 hanging banners 5' wide by 8' tall
The high school and middle school swim
teams begin in November finishing with Awards Multiple individual events for each of the
Championships in February. following:
Over the next year, there will be 4-6 large
meets at the high school natatorium and 1st-3rd place medals
several smaller ones occurring only
during the high school season. 4th-6th place ribbons
The large meets will be open to all club
teams from all of Ohio, Western PA, 1st-3rd place medals - for relays (4 for each team)
Southern MI, Eastern IN and beyond.
Swimmers will compete in each meet up Heat Sheet
to 3 days.
Heat Sponsorship
2013-2014 Sponsorship Floor Displays
Placement: Standing on the opposite
side of the pool, easily seen by each
spectator.
Size: Approx. 6’ tall by 3’ wide
Description: 6 available; Full color;
one sided;
Cost: $600
Sponsors are encouraged to provide art for the sign. If
no art is provided, the advertiser will work with our
designer. Each advertising opportunity is good for one
calendar year. Beachwood Bison Swim Club will be
responsible for printing and placement of the signs in
the facility for each of the meets. At the end of the
calendar year, each sign will be given to the advertiser.
All banners, except where noted, are only on display
during a swim meet.
2013-2014 Sponsorship Large Display
Placement: In the lobby, where
spectators, coaches and students
enter the facility. Small(er) print detail
is optional because of the proximity to
the spectator.
Size: 8’ by 8’
Description: 2 available; Full color;
one sided;
Cost: $1100
Sponsors are encouraged to provide art for the sign. If
no art is provided, the advertiser will work with our
designer. Each advertising opportunity is good for one
calendar year. Beachwood Bison Swim Club will be
responsible for printing and placement of the signs in
the facility for each of the meets. At the end of the
calendar year, each sign will be given to the advertiser.
All banners, except where noted, are only on display
during a swim meet.
2013-2014 Sponsorship Hanging Banner
Placement: Hanging opposite side of
the pool* at eye level and easily seen
by the spectator. Hanging banners
are visible year-round.
Size: 5’ wide by 8’ tall
Description: 4 available; Full color;
one sided;
Cost: $850
Sponsors are encouraged to provide art for the sign. If
no art is provided, the advertiser will work with our
designer. Each advertising opportunity is good for one
calendar year. Beachwood Bison Swim Club will be
responsible for printing and placement of the signs in
the facility for each of the meets. At the end of the
calendar year, each sign will be given to the advertiser.
All banners, except where noted, are only on display

Placement: The sponsor’s logo will
be imprinted on the ribbon and not the
medal.
Size: Size is determined by the width
of the ribbon.
Description: 1st-3rd place medals;
4th-6th place ribbons (48); 1st-3rd
place medals - for relays (4 for each
team). The total number of medals
and ribbons will be determined by
each meet schedule.
Cost: TBA (contact for details)
Each ribbon will be imprinted with the sponsor’s logo.
The logo is required to be submitted in .EPS format.
In some cases, we can accept a .PDF version of the

Sizes: Full page inside; full page
front/back; full page inside front/back;
half page ad; quarter page ad.
Description: Ads are printed in black
& white.
Cost: Cost is based on per meet
printings. Full inside - $100; Full
outside front/back cover - $150; Full
inside front/back cover - $125; 1/2
page ad - $60; 1/4 page ad - $40
Sponsors are encouraged to provide art for all ads and
signage. If no art is provided, the advertiser will work
with our designer. Each advertising opportunity is good
for one calendar year. Beachwood Bison Swim Club
will be responsible for printing and placement of the
signs in the facility for each of the meets. At the end of
the calendar year, each sign will be given to the
advertiser unless other arrangements are made. All
banners, except where noted, are only on display
