City of Belmont Art Awards Return in 2021
    The City is pleased to announce the return of the City of Belmont Art Awards in 2021
    including a $10,000 Acquisitive Award. Planning is well underway for the Awards to be
    held in June 2021 with a new modernised format.
    Artists from all mediums are encouraged to take part in the more traditional categories of          CITY OF BELMONT

                                                              Parkrun Has Arrived in
                                                              the City of Belmont
                                                              The City now has its own regular parkrun event, which takes place at
                                                              Garvey Park. Parkrun events are free and occur weekly on a Saturday
                                                              morning commencing at 8am. Events are 5km in length and are
                                                              organised by a dedicated local volunteer event team.

                                                              Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where
                                                              there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome
                                                              to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. For

     Be active, have fun and learn together by taking part in the Belmont
     Foreshore Play Trail.

     Follow the Play Trail around the foreshore of the Swan River (Derbal
     Yerrigan) and experience some of the cultural significance of our
     beautiful riverways.

     Visit each of the 10 locations on the Play Trail to learn more about
     them and complete the challenges to earn points on the leaderboard.
