An ‐Harassment Policy (PSDC Bylaws Paragraph 6.08)
“No form of harassment will be tolerated; therefore, any person may be denied
entry to or expelled from a PSDC func on or event for behavior that is considered
harassment. Harassment is to create an unpleasant or hos le atmosphere or
situa on especially by threatening, uninvited and unwelcome verbal or physical
conduct.”

4:00 PM Thank You for AttendingVideo Pass & Video Policy FAQ Video passes are for sale at the registra on desk for only $10. What do I do with my video pass? Make it visible: wrap the rubber band around your recording device or wrist so everyone knows you’re awesome and paid your $10. So I can record anything? What about workshop recaps? With the video pass, you may record any of the compe ons and social dancing. Workshop recaps (instructor permi ng) may be recorded without a video pass. Can I post my videos on YouTube, Facebook, Google+, etc.? For compe on videos, yes, please do! We would all love it if you include BridgeTown Swing 2018 and/or #BTS2018 in your descrip on. However, on behalf of our instructors, we ask that you not post any workshop recaps, as recaps are only intended for the personal use of the students who took the workshop. Can my friend use my phone (or other recording device) to record my dances? Sure. Can I loan my video pass to someone else? We’d prefer you don’t. They’re only $10. But you can loan your recording device with the video pass to someone else to record something for you. Does my video pass allow me to walk onto the dance floor during compe ons, or stand up front, or video from the back of the floor, etc.? No. It just gives you permission to use a recording device from your seat. Only the official event photographer may capture the ac on from the floor. Will you have an event DVD or workshop notebook available? We will not have an event or workshop DVD. Instead we offer the event video pass, which allows you to record all of the compe ons and social dancing. You are our event videographers!
