Budapest Cleaning Show – see you in Hungary in 2018 The Budapest Cleaning Show will be held for the second time in hall B of the Hungexpo fairgrounds on 5 and 6 October 2018. The event is organised by the Hungarian Cleaning-technology Association (MATISZ), the advocacy organisation of cleaning service providers as well as manufacturers and distributors of cleaning products in Hungary. The first exhibition and fair of the sector was held under the name of TisztaShow (“CleanShow”) on 21 and 22 October 2016. View the TisztaShow video. The first event was primarily targeted at the domestic market, in spite of several foreign participants. Forty exhibitors (manufacturers, distributors and service providers) were present in the 4,000-square-metre exhibition hall, along with 1,400 visitors. As MATISZ and its members intend to continue improving awareness and the prestige of the cleaning technology sector, the next event will be developed into an international exhibition of the trade. We believe that an exhibition that is unique in the region may attract a multitude of visitors from abroad. It is intended to provide manufacturers, distributors and service providers with an opportunity to show off their novelties and conclude actual business. The event is not only meant to be a highly specialised exhibition; it will also feature a number of interesting demos and will also incorporate the annual conference of MATISZ, which always attracts lively interest as a forum to discuss current issues in the sector. Following the trend-setting first TisztaShow in 2016, we plan to organise bi-annual international Budapest Cleaning Shows. We are looking forward to your participation as an exhibitor or visitor. Besides the exhibition itself, we also recommend that the participants should take time to discover Budapest, the world’s only capital with thermal springs; a city boasting a memorable combination of famous baths, a singularly beautiful inner district, and UNESCO World Heritage sites. The given rental fees are valid for the entire event of the Budapest Cleaning Show. Minimal reservation area: 6 m2. Minimal reservation area of the island stands is 50 m2 Stand construction fee Please check at Annex 2: Stand and Price list. Process of applying to be an exhibitor Please fill out and return the Application Form (app. 1) found at the end of the handout to info@budapestcleaningshow.hu . Upon receiving your application one of our representatives will contact you about further details and signing the contract. The registration fee must be received within 8 days after signing of contract. According to the contract, the exhibitor must pay the first half of the fees within 30 days of signing the contract. The due date of the second half of the rental fee and the non-obligatory fees is September 5th 2018. The due dates of payments refer to the day transactions are credited for the organizer. Cancellation Cancellation without penalty can be granted within 15 calendar days of receiving the first half of payment. 50% of the fee will be charged in case the exhibitor cancels the attendance after the penalty-free deadline but 30 days before the opening of the Budapest Cleaning Show. Registration fees are not refundable. The organizer reserves the right of any change in price if it is justified by change of laws.
