                       MEDICAL
      Effec ve 9/1/2020, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) will be the new health plan administrator for TRS‐
      Ac veCare medical benefits. Benefit and premium changes will apply to all TRS‐Ac veCare plans for the next plan year.
      Plan Op ons
           TRS‐Ac veCare Primary NEW—lower deduc ble and copays for doctor visits, PCP and referrals required,
          statewide network, lowest cost op on. Only employees that log in and choose this new plan during open enrollment
          will be enrolled in it.
           TRS‐Ac veCare HD (formerly 1‐HD)‐If currently enrolled in TRS‐AC1HD and make no changes, you will be enrolled
          in this plan. This plan is compa ble with a Health Savings Account (HSA)
           TRS‐Ac veCare Primary+ (formerly Select) ‐If currently enrolled in TRS‐AC Select and make no changes, you will be
          enrolled in this plan. Statewide network, lower deduc ble than HD and Primary, PCP and referals required
      HMO Plan Op ons
           Central, North Texas Sco & White ‐If currently enrolled in BSW and make no changes, you will be enrolled in this
          plan.
