                                                                            My experience has given me a full understanding of the pressure

                                                                            management requirements, I believe Ravensdown, as a co-

                                                                            My involvement in managing a fertiliser business has given me
                                                                            firsthand experience of how a cooperative can benefit farmer
                                                                            shareholders. As we have seen recently, some farmer cooperatives
                                                                            in NZ have experienced financial difficulty and concerns about
                                                                            capital, and, as a result, reduced their farmer shareholder ownership
                                                                            (sold) to foreign investors.
                                                                            If elected, my focus will be on optimizing the business with
                                                                            management of costs, that flow into the price per tonne, for
