Greg Roberts
If leading by example and a genuine passion for real estate is the key to
success, then Greg Roberts is the perfect man to have at the helm of
Harcourts Twiss-Keir Realty’s Belfast, director of Twiss-Keir and business
owner. An extensive 25 year background in corporate sales and marketing
provides Greg with a solid platform for understanding both the sales
process and the best way to produce outstanding results. This, coupled
with Greg’s affinity with people from all walks of life, and a genuine desire
to help people has seen him consistently successful in whatever career he
has chosen. Greg began in real estate eight years ago, working alongside
his wife Sue to become an integral part of a very successful sales team, and they have ample
accolades to prove it. Greg’s interest and passion for real estate increased steadily, and not one
to sit on his hands, he completed Real Estate Business Studies with Massey University, gaining
his accreditation of the AREINZ and has gone on to become one of Twiss-Keir’s business owners.
His knowledge and expertise are shared with sales people throughout the company’s five offices.

James Twiss
As a third generation realtor, the role of Licensee was a natural step for
James Twiss. James’ father Geoffrey founded Geoffrey Twiss-Realty in
the mid 1980’s and James has been involved ever since. Born, bred and
educated in Christchurch and Rangiora James has a passion for both the
city and North Canterbury. It is James’ belief that clients for life, through
the finest service, is the most important driving force in the success of
