Dynamic Network Management (DNM)
To deliver further service improvements for customers we have commenced the
rollout of the world’s most advanced implementation of System Thinking – what
we call ‘Wastewater Dynamic Network Management’. This will fundamentally
transform how we operate the wastewater network.
At the Capital Markets Day in 2020 we were able to share the concept behind this
approach. Today we can reveal exciting progress on DNM; the scale of change, the
level of technology exploitation and the significant customer benefits.
