step-by-step coordination - all at one of our incredible venues, or even your own special location.
    And the best part is, we do all the work - so you can simply relax and enjoy the most important day of your life!

What is a ‘Pop-Up Wedding’?
Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings was originally formed in 2012 offering simple, beautiful ceremonies – and has since grown to
include everything you need for an absolute dream wedding.

From celebrants, photographers and venues to DJs, food trucks, lighting, photobooths, flowers and your own personal
coordinator to pull it all together, a pop-up wedding allows you to create YOUR wedding, YOUR way.

Our vision is to give Adelaide’s bridal couples the gift of a spectacular wedding that is personal, romantic, stress-free and
most importantly, fun! Choose an intimate elopement, a lavish ceremony or an all-inclusive ceremony PLUS reception
package – then add all the special extras you’ve dreamed of to complete your own fairytale.

As you plan your pop-up wedding, your very own team of experienced wedding professionals will be by your side every
step of the way, ensuring you enjoy worry-free planning and total confidence in a perfect wedding day.

Step 1 – Choose from a simple legal signing, an intimate elopement or a complete Pop-Up Ceremony.

                           From $2850 including a venue, or $1800 at your own venue*

The Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony
Priced from $2850 ($2995 in 2022)*, including venue, celebrant and photography.
This all-inclusive, dream wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests includes:
 two-hours of ceremony venue hire at ANY of our beautiful pop- venues (venue details later in document)
 simple ceremony décor package including 20 chairs and a signing table (exact décor varies by selected venue)
 an experienced celebrant, including all legal paperwork, creation and delivery of your personalised
  ceremony and support throughout your planning and on the day
 professional, wireless PA system with microphone and music input
 two hours of professional photography, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution, non-

Say no to the registry office - and ‘I do’ to a simple, beautiful alternative! This simple signing package includes:
   45 minutes within the venue at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, Glanville Hall or The Coach House
   allowance for up to 10 signing witnesses
   your choice of secluded indoor and outdoor signing locations, set with a signing table and chairs
   an experienced celebrant to guide your signing, including all legal paperwork
   a mini bottle of French bubbly to toast your magic moment
   support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team.
This is a simple sharing of legal vows and signing of legal marriage paperwork - not a fully customised and
presented ceremony. External photography is not permitted.

the way. We aim to take the confusion and stress out of wedding planning, using our experience and industry knowledge
to create a relaxed and fun lead up to your celebration.

Most importantly, the staff you have worked with from your very first contact with Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings will be by
your side at your event - coordinating every little detail to bring your perfect event to life.

So…what happens next?
If you’ve found your perfect pop-up package, it’s time to start planning!

First up, please read our detailed booking terms and conditions carefully (see next page). Then drop us a line with your
preferred date, venue, package and any extras you might like. Then it’s time to secure your date, finalise all the details
and introduce your amazing wedding team.

Once your booking has been secured, we will guide you every step of the way - from planning and styling to information
and advice, you will work closely with each of your pop-up suppliers and your own coordinator to ensure personalised,
fun and worry-free wedding planning.

Our booking terms and conditions – please read!
We look forward to helping you create your Perfect Pop-Up Wedding! To ensure everything runs smoothly on your special
day, it is important that you be completely familiar with our terms and conditions.

Booking Payments
All bookings are made upon, and are subject to, the following terms. By paying your non-refundable, non-transferable
booking payment, you are agreeing to the following:

•   Booking payments are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Your booking payment secures your wedding
    date, venue, package pricing and the services of all included suppliers, as well as covering the costs of your pre-
    wedding planning and administration.
•   Your booking payment will be deducted from your final Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings invoice.
•   Tentative bookings may be made, however no booking is deemed confirmed until a booking payment is received.
•   If you cancel your booking at any time, your booking payment will be forfeited in full.
•   Transferring a confirmed booking date may be available - at the discretion of management, with at least 12 months'
    notice, to an equivalent package, depending on availability. An additional, non-refundable booking payment of $750
    will apply to the approved transfer of a booking to a new date, and package pricing may change for date extensions.
•   No further changes or transfers will be made after a date transfer.
•   No refunds or package price reductions will be offered for cancelled package inclusions.
•   Booking payment pricing is as follows:
    - payment in full for ‘Make it Legal’ signings
    - $500 for 'Just the Two of Us' elopements ($750 for deluxe)
    - $1000 for Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies (add $250 for Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens or Adelaide Zoo)

Venue Agreements

•   Some venues may require couples to sign and adhere to hire agreement directly with the venue, including payment of
    a venue security bond and adherence to the venue’s own terms and conditions of hire.

Wedding Images

•   We will share up to 10 ‘sneak peek’ photos of your wedding via our Facebook page within one week of your wedding.
    You will also receive a full gallery of high resolution, non-watermarked wedding images within six weeks of your date.
•   Your images remain the property of Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings, and may be used for advertising and promotions.

Pricing and Payment

•   * a $200 surcharge applies for all weekend pop-up wedding bookings.
•   Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies held at Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and Adelaide Zoo all incur higher venue
    costs and additional $250 deposit payments. Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony Packages at these venues are priced from
    $3100 including venue, celebrant, photography and simple decor ($3300 2021, $3500 in 22).
•   Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
•   Once your booking payment has been received and confirmed, your package pricing will be locked in to the absolute
    best of our ability. You will be notified immediately in the case of unforseen or unavoidable price changes.
•   We reserve the right to request progress payments if significant time has elapsed, changes have been made or where
    additional costs are incurred during the planning process.
•   Your final account balance must be settled and cleared no less than 14 days prior to your wedding date. Late
    payments may result in menu changes, reductions or supplier/venue cancellations.
•   Due to the significant administrative costs involved, we do not offer payment plans or instalments. We suggest
    couples utilise online savings accounts and make regular transfers to save during the planning period.
•   No refunds will be offered for changes or cancellations after final invoicing and payment, and charges will be
    rendered for any late inclusions.
