a fashionable event last month that also saw several
others win $100 Nordstrom gift cards as well as door

     ‘This promotion is all about image, which is crucial
for Realtors,” said Allison Bond, marketing director
for Sienna. “Winners are certainly going to be ‘dressed
for success,’ and all for just selling new homes in Sienna

     Through the promotion, Realtors were entered into
a drawing to win a $5,000 Nordstrom shopping
spree for each new home sold in Sienna during the
third quarter. The fourth quarter promotion runs Oct. 1
through Dec. 31 with the winner being announced in mid-
January 2019.

                                                  Realtors were able to take selfies at 17 model homes to
                                             enter the contest for a chance to win an Apple Mac Book Pro,
                                             iPhone X, cameras, a drone and other forward-moving devices.
                                             The more selfies they took and registered at the Welcome
                                             Center, the more chances they had to win.
                                                  “Having today’s technology literally at your fingertips
                                             helps Realtors stand out in their field,” said Carrie Roehling,
                                             marketing director for Cross Creek Ranch. “And, of course,
                                             standing out in a field is exactly what we were going to do Oct.

                                                  The event was expected to draw more than 8,000 people
