The COVID-19 pandemic has presented all of us
with new challenges, and our purpose of building a

Rehabilitation Programme that offers a blend of
physical therapy and emotional support. This free
12-week programme is delivered virtually for the
first six weeks and the remainder is in a selection
of our 113 fitness and wellbeing centres.
