Cornish Cabinet & Joinery Co is a quality driven family run company We believe that anything British Made is something to be proud of which is why we source all of

HANDMADE IN CORNWALL At Cornish Cabinet & Joinery Co, we are also lovers of history, especially that of the local area, and are proud to be the current custodians of the building we operate from – St Blazey Roundhouse. We chose this location as it carries with it a rich industrial history as an engine shed and is now an example of a truly British manufacturing company, something we are very proud to be able to claim. The Roundhouse is the perfect place to house our traditional woodworking machinery such as our Leicester-built cast iron Wadkin machines, and while we combine traditional working methods with modern woodworking techniques, we feel the character added by our commitment to these wonderful, and now little-used machines is part and parcel of the Cornish Cabinet & Joinery Co.

IN-FRAME VS LAY-ON
In-Frame cabinets have a visible frame
around the door or drawer face and the
doors are hung on exposed butt hinges.
Constructing a frame around each door and
drawer gives the cabinets a luxuriously
traditional look.
With the Lay-On style the door or drawer
face sits on the front of the cabinet, with
doors hung on Hettich soft close hinges.
The lay-on, or frameless, style of door
generally gives a more contemporary look
to your kitchen.
ALL of our door styles are available as
both in-frame or lay-on.

BOSCASTLE
Flat slab doors such as Boscastle work well in new
properties as well as old. Clean flat layouts in
bedrooms and kitchens lend well to this style, both
modern and sleek.
The Boscastle door is our only door available in a
painted or MFC finish.

CHARLESTOWN Charlestown is a shaker door with an ovolo detail which gives the door a distinct look, a little more fanciful than a standard shaker. 14 15
CORNISH SHAKER
Familiar and homely the Cornish Shaker is a clean
crisp shaker with wide frame and rails. Simplicity and
traditional, the classic shaker is timeless and tasteful.
Our 7 piece construction gives all of our shaker
doors a really clean defined recessed centre.

A modernised take on the Cornish Shaker, the
Cornish Slim Shaker has a slim frame and rails giving
it a lighter appearance.
