COLLEAGUE DEVELOPMENT

     Our Colleague Contribution programme is a
     performance management initiative that has
     been exclusively designed for every colleague
     at Tayto Snacks. The objective is that each and
     every colleague is given the opportunity to
     have regular dedicated coaching discussions.

TAYTO SNACKS POTATO PALS CHARTER

     The Potato Pals initiative was developed by
