It was brought to our attention that unauthorised water filter installers have
knocked on doors and claimed to be Amway Business Owners (ABOs) or
representatives that are willing to fix your External Water Filters at a
cheaper price and that it is due for a service.
Please be wary of such requests and reject them immediately as you may
be putting both you and your family at risk by allowing unauthorised
installers to enter your homes.
If you are unsure about the condition of your External Water Filter and would
like to get an expert opinion, please contact your servicing ABO / Amway
Malaysia at 03 7946 2800 or the External Water Filter Customer Service
at 1300 88 8328 and schedule an appointment for servicing,

Alongside this name change, the packaging for the Food Processor has seen a modern
uplift with more pertinent information on the product's key features and benefits. This name and
