TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Guests are not permitted to bring any beverages into the hotel for consumption at our Christmas Party nights. Checks will be made on arrival and if found, they will be
collected and returned at end of evening.
2. All bookings need to be made with a £10 none refundable and none transferable deposit.
3. The final balance and confirmation of numbers must be made by 6th November. Failure to comply will result in the loss of booking and associated deposit. No
cancellations or amendments will be accepted after this time.
4. The deposits of absent guests are not deductible from the final balance. Furthermore payments made by guests are NOT refundable or transferable to goods In lieu
under any circumstances.
5. After confirmation of your initial booking, we cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate any increase in numbers.
6. Payment of deposits and final balance may be made by cash, debit card or single cheque. Parties submitting more than one cheque will be liable to a £25.00
administration charge.
7. For your comfort, all parties are requested to meet in our pre-function bar area 30 minutes prior to the time of your booking.
8. The management reserve the right to refuse entry or eject from the premises any guests who do not comply with the dress/sobriety code OR who are causing a nuisance
to other guests.
9. All times shown are subject to approval by the local licensing Authority. Sorry! Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to any of the Dinner Dance events.
10. The Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend any of contents, menus and prices of the events. In the event of any function having to be cancelled by the Hotel an
alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
11.A smart casual dress code is requested for all events. For more formal events where we impose a dress code we will advise at time of booking.
12.Where special requests are made the Hotel will endeavour to accommodate them however they cannot be guaranteed.
