It is essential to build a community of motivated teachers who are adept to the demands of modern day classrooms, students and parents which has been the strength of TIPS. Our TIPS Schools not only hires teachers but builds Learning Communities as well. Each staff member is actively encouraged to continue education either through advanced degrees or participate in certified education conferences. Training of teachers is a regular and on-going activity. The group schools conduct an in-depth analysis to identify relevant, training needs required for the teachers. These specialized trainings take place twice in a year in addition to other international/national level trainings as demanded by various curriculums. All the teachers undergo a rigorous training for teaching and learning before embarking on their journey as TIPS facilitators. Child-friendliness and passion towards teaching and learning are the two most important parameters of recruitment at TIPS in addition to their previous experiences (in India and abroad) or qualifications.
