Project Overview and Status
• Project is Part of the SR-91 Central to Paramount Planning Phase
Completed in 2017. Technical Studies for the Project Began in Late
2018.
• Project is Currently in the Environmental Phase
• Funded from 91/605/405 Measure “R” Funds and Trade Corridor
Enhancement Program (TCEP) Grant Funds
• The Project complies with 91/605/405 Guiding Principles:
‒ Low Environmental Clearance
‒ Limit Project Improvement Area to Within Caltrans Right-of-Way
‒ Little to No Right-of-Way & Utility Relocations
• #1 Safety and Congestion Hot Spot on SR-91
