EIIS RELIEF DRIOGLANN THÍR CHONAILL TEO. • EIIS available against total income tax: including rental income, ARF distribution, dividends etc. • Available tax relief: 40% against total income in year 1 • Minimun investment €10,000. • Return: initial amount invested plus tax relief at marginal rate up to €250,000. • For the purpose of this document, we estimate a future market value at exit of €1.10 per €1 EIIS share • Investment term: five years, with no entry or exit fees. The Company: Drioglann Thír Chonaill Teo. Established 2018, the distillery is in full production since September 2020, with a scheduled 2021 annual production of 55,000 LPA’s (equivalent to 430 casks or 12,500 cases at 46% ABV) Irish Single Malt Whiskey. • The company is cash flow positive and has been fully funded by the co-owners to date without external debt. • First fully revenue licensed, bonded and GI (Geographical Indicator) Irish whiskey distillery in Donegal in 180 years. • First “direct fire” pot still distillery with all necessary certification within Ireland. • Distillery has a floor area of over 1,100m2 with a large visitor experience area in development and scope for expansion. • Successful launch of 180 Founder Club, sold pre-production at €6,600 per cask. • Strong green energy credentials, heat recovery, water harvesting and energy efficient. • Client Company of Údarás Na Gaeltacht and Fáilte Ireland.

• EIIS funding will be utilised to produce stock.
• Whiskey stock can be leveraged to release future funding. Historically whiskey has gained between 8 to 12% PA in value.
• Envisage strong revenue stream year two to year five from visitor experience.
• Crolly distillery brands will position itself as a premium “niche” product, with very limited Irish whiskey releases after year three
and year four.
