What is ForestPlay?
Build with real tools in a nature playscape like no
other!
Set against the backdrop of calming waves and greenery of Sentosa,
ForestPlay is a nature playscape for children ages 4-14 years old to
build their own possibilities. With an ideal outdoor area of 13,000
square feet, children will immerse in an outdoor creative play where
they will use real tools such as nails, hammers and saws to create
and build on existing structures in an adult-free zone.
Be drenched in mud, feel the wind on your face as you sit on Forest-
Play’s large tyre swing or choose to build your own dollhouses and
swords! ForestPlay will cultivate awe and wonder in children as we
put play back into playground. Featuring 6 different activities and
attractions, children will take an adventure of a lifetime, exploring
the wonders of free play and connecting with the great outdoors!

Ticket Purchase
You will receive a discount code from ForestPlay after you have purchased your Amara
ForestPlay package (https://sentosa.amarahotels.com). This discount code entitles you to
one (1) ForestPlay admission. Book your ticket on your preferred day and timeslot via our
website (www.forestplay.com.sg) under Book Now and use the discount code at check
out.
If you would like to purchase additional tickets, please email ForestPlay at
hello@forestplay.com.sg with proof of package purchase from Amara Sanctuary
Resort Sentosa, and a 15% off additional tickets will be given to you, along with a 10%
discount for a Busy-Kidz Box. You will receive a confirmation booking email once we
have verified your booking.

Admission
You MUST PRESENT the booking confirmation email to staff on arrival for your booked
session date and time.
You MUST COMPLETE and sign the waiver form of behalf of your child/ward prior to
entry into ForestPlay.
Entry shall be denied where a valid booking confirmation cannot be produced and/or
incomplete waiver form.
Safety and Code of Conduct
Please note that age restrictions (4-14 years old) apply for children to participate in
activities in ForestPlay.
ForestPlay activities are subjected to a strict Code of Conduct (CoC). ForestPlay shall
conduct a safety briefing of the CoC and / or a Safety Video will be displayed that all
participants must listen and watch before entering ForestPlay.
For the purposes of ensuring safety, ForestPlay reserves the right and discretion to
refuse entry and may ask those who break the CoC to leave without refund.
Parents and legal guardians of the participating children agree that the children shall
comply with the rules of conduct and safety for all activities and hereby accept to
assume full responsibility for any damage or injury of any nature which he/she may
suffer or cause to others and hereby holds ForestPlay and its subsidiaries free from all
legal liability. Parents and legal guardians acknowledge that they have read and agree
to be bounded to the waiver form that was provided before and at the time of purchase
of the online tickets.

Online Purchase Refund Policy
Bookings made are non-refundable although they are transferable.
Cancellations by you and refunds
We seek to provide an enriching experience which meets your child's needs and their
expectations. As such, we can only allow for rescheduling with proper written notice
via email 3 days in advance and the rescheduled date must be within a 2-month
period. Kindly notify us for any such rescheduling at hello@forestplay.com.sg. Kindly
note that there can only be one rescheduling.
If you are unable to attend part or all of your booked ForestPlay sessions for any reason
after it has started, we will be under no obligation to provide you with a refund.
As part of a meaningful adventure-play, we will endeavour to continue our programmes
under light rain conditions.
However, if a session is cancelled by ForestPlay due to bad weather, which may
include heavy rain or lightning, and participant has only utilised no more than 50% of
the play-session, ForestPlay shall provide an e-discount code where participants may
re-book another free full session within a 3-month period of that cancellation.
Prior to any cancellation and where there is intermittent bad weather, ForestPlay may
suspend the play and the activities shall resume thereafter for the remaining period of
the slot. There will be strictly no extension of time.
For avoidance of doubt, any cancellations will be at the discretion of ForestPlay and
except for the e-discount code as mentioned above, there shall be no cash refunds.
Government-mandated cessations
If we are required to close temporarily under extraordinary measures mandated by
the government we will hold all customer bookings in credit for when services can
resume. In the event of a long-term cessation for a duration longer than a term of 6
months, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund.
Attendance of Accompanying Adults
Adults are not permitted to enter ForestPlay premises at all times.
It is only in exceptional situations with supporting and justifiable grounds that a child
may be accompanied by an adult. This shall be at the sole discretion by the management.
Variation and Cancellation
The management reserves the rights to amend or withdraw any part of the Package
Passes and privileges, terms and conditions without prior notice. Should any dispute
arise, the decision by the management of ForestPlay will be final.

Update of Policy
ForestPlay will amend this Policy from time to time and the updated version will be
posted on our website. The English version of this Policy will prevail in the event of any
inconsistencies between the English version and a translated version.
