ENRICHMENT WEEK In order to rationalise much of what we already do in the Summer Term, we are once more running an ‘Enrichment Week’ in the penultimate week of the Summer Term. For three days, therefore, from Wednesday 4 to Friday 6 July, the normal school timetable will be collapsed and a variety of different yet enriching activities will be provided for pupils in Yrs 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12. The programme for our Enrichment Week is highlighted in broad outline in this booklet. The week involves pupils working together in year groups and includes a combination of on-site and off-site activities. We have attempted to provide a breadth of opportunity within the programme, including some activities that we already do alongside those which are new; we are particularly grateful to the staff for their creativity and support in putting together a worthwhile and imaginative programme. The following pages include outline information about each of the activities as well as contact details of each activity leader. The back page highlights some FAQs as well as the main contact details of senior staff should you need to be in touch at any point during the week.

Geocaching activities with iPads. We are working with the Medina Valley Centre who will provide
the iPads, but pupils must bring appropriate protective clothing and equipment for hot and sunny
or wet and windy weather since we will be outside all day. Walking boots or shoes with a good grip
are recommended and a waterproof jacket is essential. Pupils also need food and drink for the
