Introduction and aim

The present document aims to regulate the tournament by the name of Gamergy Masters: Brawl
Stars (“Tournament”) held online for the region of Europe and organized by Fandroid
Entertainment SL (“LVP”, “Liga de Videojuegos Profesional”) for Supercell’s game Brawl Stars.

The contents of this document will be referred to as official rules (“Rules”), which will apply to all
teams taking part in the Tournament, as well as any other team members such as players,
managers, owners, etc.

For the purposes of this Tournament, Europe as a region comprises the following countries
members of European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and
the United Kingdom. With the exception of Spain, which has its own tournament.

Referees may be contacted through ArenaGG’s player support services for any clarifications or
conflict resolution necessary. Only the Referees’ decision will be valid and final.

Registration in the Tournament entails an agreement to follow these Rules, which remain subject
to change at any given time by decision of LVP.

1. Eligibility
Eligibility for participation in the Tournament requires players to meet the following
          criteria:

1.1 Player age. All participants must be at least 16 years old before 31st May 2019. Players
who do not meet this criterion will not be considered eligible.

1.2 Residence. For the purposes of these rules and regulation, Residence means the place
where the player is living physically and legally. Only players with Residence in any of the
countries comprised within the region of Europe defined above, may take part in the
          Tournament regardless of their nationality.

Regardless of their nationality, players may only participate from a country located within
          Europe.

LVP will verify the Residence status of random players to assure it meets the criteria
previously stated. For this purpose, LVP may ask players to certify their Residence status
through documentary evidence. The failure to provide such evidence will bar that player
          and/or team from the Tournament.

1.3 Foreigners. A Spanish player will be allowed to be included in the lineup ( substitutes +
starters) of the team even if he/she has his/her residence in the territory of Spain.

1.4 Travel availability. For the Online Playoffs stage, players must either be in possession
of necessary documentation to travel to Spain, or check that it will be delivered before
          May 24, 2019.

2. Registration and Participation.

2.1 Number of registered players. Teams must keep at all times during the Tournament
three (3) starting lineup players (“Starters”) and from none (0) to two (2) substitute
          players (“Substitutes”).

2.2 Team setup. Teams must be set up at ArenaGG (watch the step-by-step video guide in
case of doubt regarding the registration process). All players must be added to their teams
and to the competition lineup. Only players in the lineup may play, regardless of whether
they are part of a team.

Once the teams have been set up, they may register directly for each Qualifier at its
          separate website.

2.3 Player accounts. Each player must use their own and only account at ArenaGG and
Brawl Stars. Username and game #ID must match those registered at ArenaGG. Example
on how to obtain an USER + ID code:

In this case, the user + id code would be: Snake#2VUJCJUVO

2.4 Preregistration. LVP will publicly announce Preregistration terms through their social
media and websites. Preinsciption will be available for a limited number of teams and only
signifies the team’s willingness to participate. To participate you will have to check-in
          before each Qualifier.

2.5 Check-in. Starting one (1) hour and ten (10) minutes before and closing ten (10)
minutes before the first round of each Qualifier, teams must check-in. As an example, if a
Qualifier begins at 7.00 pm, the check-in process will start at 5.50pm and close at 6.50pm.
This check-in confirms the team’s availability to play.

The check-in process will have no quota, but when the corresponding key is created, only
1024 teams will be allowed into the competition. Teams will be allowed into the
competition based on check-in order, so teams which check in after the first 1024 will be
          excluded from that competition.

2.6 Image use. By joining this Tournament, all teams and players allow LVP to use their
image (logo, photographs, interviews and videos) in promotional material.

2.7 Roster Modification. During the Qualifier stage, teams may add or replace up to 2
players in their lineup. Afterwards, no more changes will be allowed. Any team that makes
any more changes after this will be banned from later competitions but will keep all points
earned. Points belong to the teams - if a player changes teams, all points earned by that
player will be kept by the team for which the player earned them originally.

Lineups for Online Playoffs and Live Finals must be the same lineup as the one registered
for the last Qualifier in which the team played. No exceptions will be made.

2.8 Team and player names. No duplicate names will be allowed. LVP reserves the right to
refuse a team or player any name that LVP considers rude, offensive, discriminatory or
          breaching of copyrights.

If a team or player, upon being asked to do so by LVP, does not change their team or
player name, LVP reserves the right to change the name or ban the team or player
          immediately.

2.9 Team or player name change at ArenaGG. Once registered in any tournament the
change of player or team name will be blocked by the rest of the competition.

2.10 Secondary accounts (smurfs). Each player may play for one team only. If a player is
found out to be using multiple accounts, the player and/or the player’s team will be
          banned from the Tournament immediately.

2.11 Player account restrictions. There are no restrictions or requirements regarding
account level, rank, power or skins. About brawlers, in the Qualifiers phase only Rosa will
not be able to be used, and for the phase of Online Playoffs Bibi will be disabled.

2.12 Team logos. During Qualifiers, teams will not be required to have a logo. Team logos
will be required in the Online Playoffs stage and onwards.

2.13 Sponsorship. LVP reserves the right to ban any sponsorship of: alcoholic beverages,
tobacco, medication, weaponry, pornography, gambling, products or services in direct
competition with LVP or Supercell, and any other product or service forbidden by law.
