Invitation to Exhibit Dear Friends: On behalf of The California Society of Periodontists’ Board of Directors, we invite you to exhibit at the CSP 2021 Annual Meeting, “Experience the Magic”. This meeting will provide your company a unique opportunity to gain intimate exposure to an elite group of specialists providing dental implant and periodontal procedures to their patients. Day one will focus on advances in periodontal regeneration, dental implants and a deep dive into sedation and emergency protocols. Sponsorship Benefits
The California Society of Periodontists has developed a dynamic, in-depth program with
two days of education and social interaction. We at CSP appreciate our corporate partners
financial support and look forward to joining with you in collaborating and presenting a
state-of-the-art meeting. Sponsorship commitments should be made as soon as possible to
meet advertising deadlines.
Levels of Sponsorship
Diamond - $7500
As a Diamond sponsor, prominent recognition of your company will be present in the
meeting space. Sponsor’s company logo will be featured on the annual meeting web page,
social media and in the meeting materials. A preferential vendor location is available on
a first come basis for a 6’ x 30” table top space. The exhibit space charge, *registration
for two company representatives, full-page advertisement in the on site meeting program,
special email pre & post event promotion is included. Diamond sponsors also receive
45% off advertising costs in the CSP newsletter. The maximum number of company
representatives in the Diamond level exhibit space is four. Diamond sponsorship includes
the opportunity to sponsor a main podium speaker and preferred time slot in the program.
Gold - $5000
As a Gold sponsor, prominent recognition of your company will be present in the meeting
space. Sponsor’s company logo will be featured on the annual meeting web page, social
media and in the meeting materials. A preferential vendor location is available on a first
come basis for a 6’ x 30” table top space. The exhibit space charge, *registration for two
company representatives, half-page advertisement in the on site meeting program, special
email pre & post event promotion is included. Gold sponsors also receive 35% off advertis-
ing costs in the CSP newsletter. The maximum number of company representatives in the
Gold level exhibit space is three. Gold sponsorship includes the opportunity to sponsor a
main podium speaker.
Silver - $3000
As a Silver sponsor, prominent recognition of your company will be present in the meeting
space. Sponsor’s company logo will be featured on the annual meeting web page, social
media and in the meeting materials. A preferential vendor location is available on a first
come basis for a 6’ x 30” table top space. The exhibit space charge, *registration for one
company representative, quarter-page advertisement in the on site meeting program,
special email pre-event promotion is included. Silver sponsors also receive 25% off
advertising costs in the CSP newsletter. The maximum number of company representatives
in the Silver level exhibit space is two.
*There is a mandatory company representative registration fee charged for each representative attending the meeting unless
otherwise stated in the terms above. Meeting space capacity limits may vary depending on state, local health department
guidelines at the time of the event. Company representative registration does not include seating in the general session.
Sponsorship Information
Exhibitor - $1250
As an Exhibitor, the fee includes a designated 6’ x 30” table top space and company ac-
knowledgment in the meeting materials. Vendor location is available on a first come ba-
sis for a 6’ x 30” table top space. Mandatory company representative registration is not
included in the exhibit space fee. The maximum number of company representatives in the
exhibitor space is two.

Arranged on an individual basis with Gold & Diamond sponsors. Expenses and honorarium
are the Sponsor’s responsibility.

Exhibitor must be registered (paid in full) for the event to receive discount group room offer. Exhibitors
are limited to one room per company and subject to availability at the time of reservation. CSP does not
guarantee room availability at the group rate.
Group Discount Park Ticket Information
All registered attendees and registered exhibit representatives are eligible to purchase
Disney park tickets at the CSP group discount rate. There are no limits to the number of
tickets or ticket type listed in the group discount offer. Once a company has completed
registration as a sponsor or exhibitor and registered at least one company representative,
CSP will share a link to the CSP Disney group reservation (hotel & tickets). Please note,
there is a 2-step process when purchasing park tickets (1: purchase ticket and 2: make a park
reservation), which is detailed in the ticket purchasing portal. Group discount park tickets
are only available over the meeting dates (available dates listed in the group ticket link).
Discounts vary yet overall increase in savings based on the number of tickets and hopper
dates.
Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
1. EXHIBITION DATES & HOURS: The exhibit hall will be open to attendees during designated hours on Oct. 1-3,
2021. No exhibitor representative shall be permitted to enter the exhibit hall outside of the posted hours with the
exception of specified time for set-up / tear-down of exhibits.
2. SHARING OF EXHIBIT SPACE: Exhibitors may not share, sublet or lease exhibit space to another company. Under no
circumstances may two companies share a single exhibit table.
3. EXHIBIT TABLE DISPLAY LIMITATIONS: All display structures and materials must be placed with the confines of
your rented exhibit space. Exhibitor agrees to arrange the exhibit so as not to obstruct or interfere in any way the
general view of exhibits by other exhibitors, or the free passage of meeting attendees.
4. CARE OF SPACE: Exhibitor agrees not to deface, injure or mar the exhibition area at the Hotel or any furniture
contained therein. The Exhibitor shall maintain and conduct the exhibit in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner, and
shall not do or allow anything to be done in, on or about the Exhibitor’s space that might adversely reflect on the
California Society of Periodontists.
5. CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS: California Society of Periodontists (CSP) reserves the right to restrict all exhibits
that, because of noise, odor or objectionable feature, interfere with the orderly procedure of the exhibition; to
prohibit any display that, in its judgment, runs counter to the general character of the meeting. Exhibitors may not
host a function in conjunction with the Annual Meeting without prior written consent from CSP.
6. EXHIBITOR ADVERTISING: Directional signs and flyers are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is received from
the California Society of Periodontists (CSP). Promotional ads included with Silver, Gold and Diamond sponsors must
be submitted by completing an advertising contract and meeting the posted deadline dates. Ads received after the
deadline date will not be included in the final on site program. All advertisements are subject to CSP’s Advertising
Standards. Exhibitors are prohibited of placing flyers or any other company material in the general session or lunch
functions. Handouts & meeting materials are distributed by CSP staff only.
7. LIABILITY: California Society of Periodontists (CSP) and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel ® & Spa shall not be liable
for any damages in the event that the performance of this contract is rendered impossible for any of the following
causes: destruction of the hotel, or any substantial portion thereof, by fire, earthquake, the elements, or a public
disorder, impossibility of performance created by law or any public authority; and/or for any cause beyond its control
or the control of the hotel. CSP will, in the event of its not being able to hold the exhibition for any reasons set forth
above, reimburse exhibitors pro rata on the amount of rental paid by each exhibitor.
8. INSURANCE: California Society of Periodontists, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel ® & Spa, Disney and Disney
Destinations, LLC assumes no responsibility for any and all loss, theft and/or damage to exhibitor’s displays,
equipment and other property. The exhibitor waives any and all claims and/or demands it may have against CSP,
Disney Destinations, LLC, its parent and/or any of its affiliate companies arising such loss, theft and/or damage.
9. ORDER TAKING: Exhibitors will be allowed to take orders on the exhibit floor. However, no exchange of merchandise
for payment will be permitted in keeping with the educational nature of the Exhibition.
10. DEFAULT OCCUPANCY: An exhibitor failing to occupy contracted space by 10:00 am Friday Oct. 1, 2021 (unless
other times have been pre-arranged) will lose the right to such space and California Society of Periodontists has the
right to use such defaulted exhibit space as it sees fit. Exhibitors who lose exhibit space as described herein are not
relieved of the obligation of paying the full rental price for this space.
11. Storage: The hotel does not provide storage and exhibitors should plan accordingly. There may be some allowance
for limited boxes/crates to arrive the day before th meeting. CSP will provide shipping information closer to the
meeting. Any outbound packages must be labeled and package pick-up arranged with applicable shipping carrier.
CSP and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel ® & Spa are not responsible for outbound shipments.
12. COVID-19: All exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to state, local health department guidance regarding COVID-19
precautions. Failure to comply will result in removal of exhibit /sponsor company and its representatives from the
Annual Meeting. If the meeting is cancelled due to CDC, California Department of Public Health restrictions related
to COVID-19, CSP will offer a full refund or credit for future use.
13. CANCELLATION: Each cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations by phone or email will not be accepted.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Exhibit space is unconfirmed until all fees are paid in full. Refunds will not be
processed if cancellation is received after August 1, 2021.

the California Society of Periodontists. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 or payment in full
is required with the return of this contract. Reservations for exhibit space will not be confirmed until
payment is made in full. If submitting a deposit, your balance is due in full by August 1, 2021 . Any
exhibitor that fails to make their payment on time will be subject to forfeiture of exhibit space. CSP’s
cancellation policy (page 6) applies to all refund requests. The exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules,
requirements, restrictions and regulations designated by the California Society of Periodontists, Disney’s
Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa and Disney Destinations, LLC.
