Annual AgSafe Meeting

The AgSafe Board of Directors, in accordance with California nonprofit
corporation laws, will hold our Annual Meeting to kick-off INNOVATE on
Monday, February 15, 2021. The Annual Meeting will include a presentation
from the AgSafe Board of Directors, Year in Review, and the Board will
answer questions from members. Additionally, AgSafe would like to
publicly thank each of the sponsors for their contributions. Without their
generous support of INNOVATE, this year's virtual event would not be
possible. All AgSafe members are encouraged to attend and participate.

TAILGATE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER
ENGLISH SESSION
February 16, 2021

In 2021 AgSafe is launching a new Train-the-Trainer series dedicated to
equipping our frontline supervisors with tools and resources for
impactful tailgate trainings. In this session, participants will be guided
through the core elements of COVID-19 Prevention Review, Sexual
Harassment Prevention, Wildfire Smoke, Farm First Aid and Night Safety.
Additionally, participants will learn how to conduct an effective training
utilizing the tools provided through this program. Each attendee will
receive digital training resources on the five topics included in this
session.

resources deciphering what COVID-19 was, ways in
which it spread, and how to keep our employees,
operations and communities safe. But, as we begin
to turn the corner and focus on the future, what will our industry’s comeback
look like? How will this historic time in our history impact how the industry
moves forward, shape how teams function, inspire new innovation and be more
prepared for events such as these?
Join us for this interactive workshop as we explore these questions and focus on
resetting our mindset for an invigorating 2021. Begin the day with Zach Mercurio,
Ph.D., renowned author and speaker, known for the book, "The Invisible Leader:
Transform Your Life, Work, and Organization with the Power of Authentic
Purpose". Zach will lead you through Practicing Purposeful Leadership workshop,
an immersive experience that equips leaders with the research-backed skills and
practices to craft and deliver a purpose-first leadership philosophy.

Get a 90-minute individual or group virtual coaching session with Zach
Mercurio, Ph.D. and learn more how to intentionally design and activate a
positive and purposeful culture throughout your organization. Zach will
guide you through creating a 30-60-90 day action plan that sets priorities
and habits to shift culture in response to your individual needs and concerns.
Zach will also provide you with a positive and purposeful culture self-
assessment and a purposeful culture blueprint template you can apply to
