Obligation
I do hereby promise on my honor as a Scout, that I will always
and faithfully observe and preserve the traditions of the Order
of the Arrow, Wimachtendienk, Wingolauchsik, Witahemui. I
will always regard the ties of brotherhood in the Order of the
Arrow, as lasting, and will seek to preserve a cheerful spirit even
in the midst of irksome tasks and weighty responsibilities, and
will endeavor, so far as in my power lies, to be unselfish in

2. Youth will be given first priority, adults who are interested may sign up but no guarantee

8. Program Time – Starts at 1 PM ends 5 PM: four (4) one hour stations
Station 1 = Rifle Range / Station 2 = Archery / Station 3 = Corn Hole at Pool House / Station 4 = Service at Quartermaster

2. Provide Brotherhood Conversion Support Information (Study Guide & Example Letter)
3. Potentially conduct local One Day Chapter Brotherhood
4. Develop Year Round Elangomat Program to help promote Conversions
5. Implement Chapter Brotherhood Conversion Recognition Award
a. Pocket Brotherhood Dangle bearing Chapter logo
b. Available to be earned by Youth & Adults
c. Requires Awardee to have earned Chapter Participation AwardYouth Fall Fellowship / GLM Initiative & Award Objective: Have a contingent of at least 30 or more youth attend & participate in the Fall Fellowship / GLM for Lodge Officer Elections Approach: 1. Promote attendance at all Gatherings and every Unit Visit 2. Increase weight of Fall Fellowship towards Leadership Award from 1 point to 3 points 3. Implement Youth Fall Fellowship / GLM Participation Recognition Award a. Available to be earned only by Youth b. Requires Awardee having earned Chapter Participation Award c. Up to three Years will be available: Chapter Pocket Patch w/loop d. 1st Year Silver Mylar Border, 2nd Year Red Mylar Border, 3rd Year Gold Mylar Border
March Information Meeting – March 14th Objective: Provide General Information briefing for all Chapter Members Approach: 1. Deliver a brief 20 to 30 minute information briefing due to limited In-Person March Gathering 2. Available to all Chapter members live by GoToMeeting or by posted slide deck on Chapter Website 3. Date & Time – March 14th at 2 PM 4. Attendance credit given for those who were unable to attend In-Person Gathering
