of the year. Christmas and New Year are amongst the most festive
holidays across the globe and we, at The Anam, Vietnam's most
exclusive Indochine inspired beachfront resort intend to keep the
spirit alive! Our Food and Beverage teams have prepared a
spectacular array of food, activities and events in the spirit of the
season for your enjoyment.

We look forward to you joining The Anam's management team for
cocktails and canapés on Christmas Eve from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
and again on New Year's Eve from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Order a
drink of your choice and let's raise the glass together to celebrate.

Beginning Of The Festive Season
                     Sunday, 23 December 2018

From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. a special wine tasting awaits you in Indochine
Restaurant. You can taste a selection of wines in preparation for
tomorrow's Christmas Eve celebrations.

We begin the festive season at 6 p.m. with a traditional Christmas tree
lighting ceremony on the lawn between Indochine Restaurant and The
Colonial. Listen to the resort's Christmas Choir whilst enjoying fresh
cookies and delicious mulled vine.

Christmas Eve
                   Monday, 24 December 2018

From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., families with children can enjoy ginger bread
decorating figures at Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar. Then Santa awaits
the kids from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Santa Claus Corner, a chance for
him to wish them a Merry Christmas and give them a small present.

To commence Christmas Eve, The Anam's management team invites
you to a Christmas Eve cocktail party prior to dinner at the center
lawn around the Christmas tree. For this festive occasion, our
culinary team will present an array of choices including a 4 course
Gala Dinner at Indochine Restaurant, a Vietnamese Buffet at Lang
Viet Restaurant & Bar and a 7 course Christmas set menu at The
Colonial. In each of the restaurants, guests can listen to live-music
performances, befitting the location.

After returning to your villa or room, a special turndown service will
finish the evening in style.

Nightly DJ Sessions
   Monday, 24 December 2018 - Saturday, 5 January 2019
          Starting from 9:00 p.m. at Sports Bar
The Anam is always ready for a party and the Festive Season is the
perfect time to do so.

Along with special events, wine tastings and dining evenings, we are
also hosting different DJ sessions every night. Two very experienced
international DJs, Vincent Sung and Nigel Savio D’Sa will keep the
groove alive.

This is going to be a class event, if you are into the party mood, this
will be a must-do.

First Day Of Christmas
                 Tuesday, 25 December 2018

Enjoy this wonderful Christmas morning with Santa Claus and
our Christmas choir. Our culinary team has prepared a sumptuous
Christmas breakfast including sparkling wine to start your day of
festivities.

From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. spend a leisurely afternoon at The Colonial
and Saigon Bar with a delightful Christmas afternoon tea where
mulled wine and teas will be served.

For entertainment, special activities such as a sand castle building
competition are scheduled for families with children from 3 p.m.
to 5 p.m.

Garden & Sun
                    Artist In Residence
                               at The Anam

We welcome you to our artist in residence programme from 26 - 29
December 2018, featuring local artists from Central Vietnam. Over the
course of four days, you will have the opportunity to interact and observe
the artists who display their talents here at The Anam’s garden. The created
artworks will be shown at two Vernissages. We wish you much joy in
discovering the local art scene.

                            Programme
Wednesday, 26 December - Friday, 28 December: Full day art creation
throughout the resort’s garden.
Saturday, 29 December - Monday, 31 December: Vernissage from 5:30 p.m.
to 7:30 p.m. at the Au Lac ballroom with complimentary drinks, canapés and
Vietnamese traditional music.

As part of the children's program scheduled from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. our
culinary team will prepare delicious cupcakes at Lang Viet Restaurant &
Bar. Following this, the kids can try their hand at traditional Vietnamese
handicraft making from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Anam's management team invites you to a New Year's Eve cocktail
reception prior to dinner at Au Lac ballroom at 5:30 p.m. For this festive
occasion, our culinary team will present an array of choices including a 4
course Gala Dinner at Indochine Restaurant, a Vietnamese village style
buffet at Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar and a 7 course set menu at The
Colonial. In each of these restaurants, guests can enjoy live-music
performances, befitting the location.

Count Down Party with 2 DJs
                   Monday, 31 December 2018
             Starting from 10:00 p.m. at Sports Bar

Join us with your beloved ones at the count-down party at Sports
Bar, where great selections of beverages and entertainment await
you. The party will start off with house tunes played by our DJs and
we will welcome the new year together.

New Year’s Day
                     Tuesday, 1 January 2019

Welcome the New Year! Join us for a special breakfast buffet
selection, and kick start your day with freshly baked pastry, fresh
fruit selections and a great choice of unique Asian and Western
breakfast starters. The bartenders will prepare rejuvenating juices
for you – the perfect way to start 2019 on a healthy note.

In the afternoon, join us at Lang Viet Restaurant & Bar for the
Vienna New Year's Concert. It has long been a Philharmonic
tradition at the New Year to present a program consisting of the
lively and at the same time nostalgic music from the vast repertoire
of the family of Johann Strauss and its contemporaries. These
concerts not only delight the audiences in the Musikverein in
Vienna, but also enjoy great international popularity, including here
at The Anam.
