This month we have been focusing on building new partnerships with University
of Cambridge delivering an e-assessment solution. Working closely with our Irish
partnerships, current and new including: Dublin City University, Grif th College,
Maynooth University and Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology on a variety of e-
learning design projects, training and scalable AWS hosting solutions.
Internally we have been focussing on employee engagement, uniting our team
and performance management and learn how to better build an engaged and
motivated workforce.

Consultancy and training
We are working with Grif th College on a
Mahara consultancy project helping build
an enhanced e-portfolio solution for their
healthcare apprenticeships.
Our learning technologist team have also
been working with our European client
portfolio for a comprehensive review
on their current LMS platform. Working
closely with KS on a Moodle platform user
experience review and Kaplan for a
learner assessment feedback

We have been utilising Totara Perform and
Engage to work collaboratively at Catalyst
with our geographically dispersed team.
We share our insights and resources daily
and monthly to unite the team with peer to
peer interaction. We have refreshed our
competency frameworks to help clarify job
roles and identify drivers and elements of
success within the organisation. Watch out
