TEED UP 2020 SPRING CLUB CHALLENGE Friday 16th – Sunday 18th October 2020
WHO WILL BE CROWNED NSW TOP CLUB?!
NELSON BAY 2 NIGHTS | 3 DAYS | 3 ROUNDS OF GOLF
We invite you to enter a team of 8 players from your club to compete in a unique team
event. What could be better than a weekend away with friends from your club at a
wonderful location with the chance to play on 3 top courses and stay at the luxurious
Anchorage Port Stephens?
Limited to only 12 teams, the format will be 2 Ball Better Ball on Day 1 and Day 2 and Single
Stableford on Day 3. Ideally your team will be made up of 4 golfing couples from your club
but it can be a mix of males and females.
Whilst the competition will be intense with bragging rights and prizes at stake the aim of the
event is as much about the post golf fun in true Teed Up style!
INCLUSIONS
• 2 nights’ accommodation at Anchorage Port Stephens
(based on single, twin or double share)
• Breakfast daily
• 3 games of golf
• Shared motorised cart at all courses
• Pre-dinner drink and Welcome dinner (beverages at own cost)
• Presentation, 1 hour drinks and canapés at Newcastle Golf Club
EXCLUSIONS
• Other meals not stated in the itinerary
• Additional golf games
• Additional night(s) accommodation
• Additional meals/ drinks
• Golf clubs, golf equipment rentals and amenities for golfers
• Travel Insurance (compulsory)

Friday GOLF AT PACIFIC DUNES GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CARTS

Pacific Dunes is a championship golf course located in Port
Stephens, NSW and ranked as the #4 best public access course in
NSW. Pacific Dunes combines two distinct nine hole loops to create
a spectacular 18-hole championship course. The opening nine holes
wind through the native woodland setting, perfectly
complementing the stunning wetland back nine.

Saturday GOLF AT NELSON BAY GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CARTS

Nelson Bay Golf Club is a 27 hole championship golf course on the
skirt of the Tomaree National Park. In a natural setting with native
trees and flora and is home to an abundance of wildlife including
kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and native birds. Consistently ranked
as one of NSW’s favourite public access courses, Nelson Bay has
demanding par 3’s, daring par 4’s and long par 5’s to challenge the
long hitters!

ITINERARY
Sunday GOLF AT NEWCASTLE GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CARTS
18th October
2020 Newcastle is currently ranked 20th in Australia (Aust Golf Digest
2018), with the iconic 5th Hole rated in the best 500 golf holes in
the world (a great driving hole surrounded by dense dunes with a
fairway set diagonally to the tee and narrowing as it plunges down
and to the left). This championship links layout features couch
fairways, and carpet-like POA greens, and boasts gently undulating
holes set in a natural sand-based bushland.

TOUR PRICING
COST
$ 1,170 per person twin/double share
$ 1,495 for a single golfer in own room
$ 695 for a non-golfer sharing a room with a golfer
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit of $50 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your position. (This
will be deducted from your final balance). Book on the link below.
The final balance is payable by 21 August, 2020. We will email team members with what
they owe and details on payment options.
Don’t delay, get your team together register now - entries will be limited to the first 10
Clubs who enter. More than 1 team from each club can enter - up to a maximum of 3
teams per golf club. There is no limit to the number of males or females but ideally a 50/50
spilt would be good. All team members should have a current golflink handicap to play.
