We received so much that we were able to
help both 4Paws and the Dogs Trust.

About 3 months ago several animal-mad
individuals decided to merge their animal
rescue efforts by collaborating and forming
a new outreach charity called 'Dogs Trust'.
The dynamic team (Lee-Anne Ramalho,
Ben Khuzwayo, Brent Robertson, Thea-Lize
Moolman, Alison Bennett, Chiara Cohen,
Sian Clark and Mercy Zoe) have individually
been involved in fundraising and rescue
in JHB. Dogs Trust deals with all aspects of
dogs and cats and currently assists mainly
in Diepsloot. We have recently started
a food handout programme where the
individuals come to us, with their dogs, to
collect food, collars, leads etc. This allows us
to reach more people in one go - we had
over 100 arrive at our first handout.
