- 100 ml of cappuccino milk
Just prepare an espresso and add sugar. Add the ice
cubes, the sweet coffee, the vodka and the Frangelico
liqueur to the shaker. Shake well and then pour the
content stylishly into a martini glass.
For the special look halve a Gianduiotto praline and
incise it in a way that it can be placed directly on the
edge of the glass. Prepare cold milk foam, put a small
topping on the cocktail and decorate with a few
coffee beans.

be seen here. From jam to tomato sauce and back to sorbet.
This machines offers many more creative uses in addition to
classic vegetable and fruit juices.
Recipe A
Winter apple and orange marmalade
- 400 g apples
- 400 g oranges
- 250 g jam sugar 3: 1
- 1 shot Amaretto
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into eight
pieces. Peel and slice the oranges. Assemble the
Slow Juicer and insert the strainer for jam. Add the
apples and oranges one after the other and process.
Pour juice and pomace into a saucepan, add jam
sugar, amaretto, spices and lemon juice and cook
during constant stirring for about 5 minutes. Fill the
finished jam in hot rinsed glasses. After filling screw
the glasses and let stand for a few minutes upside
down.
