for over 20 years. That’s why our coordinators work with you on getting each detail just right. And, of course, where you hold your

How much does it cost to secure the wedding date? A. A $1,500.00 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and any vendors you are using through the Venetian Terrace. Q. Can I bring in my own Vendors? A. Yes! Venetian Terrace plays very well with others. We have an outside vendor agreement form they fill out to assist the Venue Liaison with coordination so we an accommodate everyone’s needs. Q. Can I bring in my own Caterer? A. Yes! We allow outside Catering. However, we only allow catering drop off service from an outside caterer. You may then add a Floor and Cuisine Management Service Package which starts at $579 depending on your guest count. This ensures the event will be staffed appropriately and includes the rental of all the plateware, glassware, silverware, chaffing dishes for buffet, serving utensils, etc. We also have a “Cuisine Waiver” you will sign and return releasing Venetian Terrace of any liability for the cuisine that was provided by a 3rd party. Q. What are the benefits if I use Venetian Terrace Vendors? A. Besides utilizing their incredible talent, passion and artistry; Venetian Terrace takes 100% financial responsibility for our vendor team. You have the opportunity to secure their services with the $1,500.00 reservation deposit. Also, whatever wedding date you select, our vendor team will guarantee availability for you. So if you ever have to move your wedding date for any reason; you won’t have to worry about your vendors being available for your new date. Finally, there are no “Extra Fees” either like delivery fees, cake cutting fees, corkage fees, consultation fees or tasting fees. Now that’s a relief! Q. Can I bring in my own Alcohol? A. Venetian Terrace has our own liquor license. Which means that TABC rules do not allow alcohol to be brought in that hasn’t been procured by Venetian Terrace. The benefit of booking a place that has a liquor license is being able to be in complete control of your expenses from the start. We can begin with a Cash Bar for the entire evening or you may choose to add a prepaid bar package for whatever amount you would like to pay as a pre-consumption charge. We have 2 bar packages for you to choose from that include all the bar glassware, ice, mixers, cocktail napkins and of course the labor performed by the bartenders. This makes it super simple to design and customize a bar package that fits your budget and personal preferences. Q. What is the earliest me or my Florist/Decorator can Arrive? A. We allow vendors or family members to begin dropping off items or setting up for the Ceremony and Reception as early as 10:30am. Even if your Ceremony doesn’t start until later in the evening; we only do one event per day which allows your Vendors and Family so much more time to complete your decor and design installations. We’re all about eliminating as much stress as possible, especially on the day of the event. Q. What time can I check-in to my Bridal Suite and what time is check-out? A. You may also check-in to your Bridal Suite as early as 10:30am. An earlier check-in time may be granted upon request. Check-out will be 1 hour after your reception has concluded.
