NCAA Tournament Fan Guide

The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 49 at three major exits: 60 Razorback Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.)
and 63 (Wedington Road). Several athletic facilities are located between Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive or Garland on the
east and Maple Street on the North and Martin Luther King Blvd. (Hwy. 62) on the South.

Directions to BOGLE PARK from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA)
Follow the airport road south to its termination at Arkansas Route 264. Turn left on 264 and wind along the road approximately five miles
to the town of Cave Springs. Route 264 dead ends into Arkansas 112. At this stop sign, turn right and head south about 1000 meters. Just
past Lake Keith (on the left) and a church, turn left to continue on Route 264 (Lowell, Ark.) to the east. After another five miles, 264 intersects
Interstate 49. Turn south (right) on I-49 and proceed 15 miles to Fayetteville. At the first major interchange in Fayetteville (do not take the
Fayetteville business district fork) proceed down I-49 (Fort Smith) to bypass Fayetteville to Exit 62 (also known as Martin Luther King Jr.
Blvd.). After exiting, turn left at the traffic light heading east on MLK Blvd. to campus. Just past the intersection of MLK and Razorback Road
you will notice a large parking lot to your left where tournament parking will be available.

ADA SEATING
Wheelchair and companion seating is available behind the top row of seats along both sides of the concourse level. Please ask the nearest
event staff member for a companion chair if needed.

ADMISSION
This event is SOLD OUT All-session tickets are on-sale now. Click HERE or contact the Razorback Ticket Center at 479-575-5151.

Fans should be advised that a portion of Bogle Park seating is on the outfield berm (grass). This will be designated on your ticket as Bogle
Berm GA seating. Fans are permitted to bring in their own blankets and lawn chairs for seating in the berm. Chairs are also available for
rent from the Hog Heaven store on the concourse for $5.

Gates open one (1) hour prior to game time.

CAMERAS
Professional camera equipment, camera bags or camera lenses exceeding 6” in length, monopods, tripods and video cameras are prohibited.
Any capture of images, still or motion, for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade or resale by patrons is prohibited.

CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located on the concourse and on the berm of Bogle Park. No outside food or beverage is permitted. All sales are
cashless transactions.

COVID-19 POLICY
Bogle Park will operate at 100% capacity. Following NCAA policies, vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks at outdoor
championships, including NCAA Regionals, while those that are not vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask.

ENTRANCES
The main entrance to Bogle Park is located through the entry plaza at the front (south side) of Bogle Park. The Player Pass Gate is located
to the left (North) of the ticket window. The Bogle Berm may be accessed from the main gate as well as the outfield gate behind left field.

EVACUATION
In case of evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. The event staff will assist you in exiting the facility.

EVENT POLICIES
Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or intimidating comments or actions, fighting,
smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the arena will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket
privileges. The UA reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises if, in the sole discretion of security personnel, the ticket
holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the environment. Everyone older than one year (1-year-old) must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
All permissible bags will be searched at the gate upon entering (please refer to the clear bag policy and the prohibited items list for types
of non-permissible bags and items).

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
The NCAA, SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere which
promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants,
officials, those around you, and event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.

FIRST AID
First Aid for our fans is located at the First Aid tent on the 3rd base side of the concourse level.

GATES OPEN
Gates will open one hour prior to the first game of the day. The main entrance to Bogle Park is located through the entry plaza at the front
(south side) of Bogle Park. The Player Pass Gate is located to the left (North) of the ticket window. The stadium will be cleared of all guests
immediately after each game so that the stadium can be prepared for entry of the guest of the following game.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. The event staff will assist you per instructions
provided. If the game schedule is adjusted in any way, updated information regarding the schedule of events will be available on
www.ArkansasRazorbacks.com and various social media platforms.

LOST CHILDREN
Parents/Guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member for assistance.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost items recovered will be cataloged and stored with our Guest Services Department following the weekend. Fans can contact Heather
England at 575-6904 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday – Friday to check if your lost item has been found. During the tournament, please
contact an event staff member who should be able to assist you that day.

MERCHANDISE
Official NCAA merchandise is available for purchase in the Hog Heaven store on the concourse. Souvenir programs may be obtained digitally
by using the QR code posted around the stadium. All sales are cashless.

PARKING
Parking is available in lot 56 at the corner of MLK Jr. Blvd and Razorback Rd. visit the map on the NCAA Fayetteville Regional
website (http://www.arkansasrazorbacks.com/ncaasoftball/) for more information.

PERMITTED ITEMS
Bags in compliance with the Clear Bag Policy; binoculars (no case); cameras with lens of 6’ or less; clear empty plastic water bottles; rain
gear, blankets, lawn chairs (for outfield berm only); service dogs trained to aid patrons with a disability; stadium seats without armrests or
pockets and less than 16’ wide; wheelchairs and walkers for patrons with an ADA ticket ONLY.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
All bags entering the stadium must comply with the Clear bag police outlined below. The only exception is for a bag carrying items pertaining
to a medical condition or care. All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car
or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.

Prohibited Items include, but are not limited to:
Alcoholic beverages; baby seats/carriers; coolers; drones; inflatable items; firearms, knives, explosives or weapons of any kind, outside food
and beverages; noisemakers of any kind; pets; selfie sticks or video cameras; tobacco of any kind including e-cigarettes; umbrellas.

TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS
The University of Arkansas campus is tobacco free. This means no cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes
no exiting for tobacco use outside Bogle Park.
