METHODOLOGY

                             The aim of this program is for each participant to
                             discover how to unlock exponential growth using

                             for long-lasting transformational growth within

                             This program is based on a hands-on, experiential learning
                             methodology. The learning design includes innovative delivery
                             methods and pedagogy such as discovery learning, flipped classroom,
                             learning journals, project-based learning, as well as effective group
                             work, peer coaching and mentoring.

                             The program requires active participation, self-reflection, critical-
                             thinking, collaboration and openness, as well as an eagerness to
                             learn, ability to work on teams and work on a personal project, among
                             other activities.

                             Hacking Exponential Growth is a disruptive executive program,
                             which starts by challenging the very foundations and assumptions
                             of managerial techniques. Due to an unprecedented collision of
                             technological and social transformations, many traditional
                             approaches to business are increasingly irrelevant. At IE Business
                             School, our faculty members are leading the way in both research
                             and transforming perspectives regarding how organizations and
                             leaders can adapt and thrive within our ever-evolving business
                             landscape. The aim of this program is to help executives and

                               The program will take place on June 9 th-15th 2019 at the IE Business School Segovia
                               Campus.

                               ENTRY FEES
                               The total cost of the program is 7,400€, which includes program attendance and course
                               materials, as well as accomodation and meals on each day of the program.

                               Participants will receive a recommended pre-course reading list and a dossier of

                               CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
                               Participants will receive an accredited certificate of participation upon completing

                               CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT

                               CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
                               In the event that you cannot attend the course after enrollment has been confirmed,

                               if you choose to change the name on the registration to another person from the same
                               company, the substitution can be made up until the day before the start of the course.
