1 - Brentingby Gin                                         45%
Brentingby Gin is produced in Melton Mowbray by Bruce Midgely. However, gin isn't the
only thing made by Bruce for this brand - he also designed and built the 10 plate copper
column still that the gin is produced in! The botanicals used to create this expression include
juniper, angelica, coriander, hibiscus and birch, and is a true craft gin, handcrafted,
combining contemporary with tradition to create a modern and unique gin. We hope to
inspire our drinkers with the same passion for locally-made, authentic produce that inspired
us to create it.

2 - Brentingby Pink Gin                                     45%
Brentingby Gin is produced in Melton Mowbray by Bruce Midgely, Brentingby Pink Gin, is a
wonderfully bright variation of the Brentingby London Dry Gin, featuring the addition of
rooibos and baobab. Enjoyably refreshing, with a floral sweetness developing alongside
classic junipery herbaceousness.

Bedrock Gin is inspired by the ruggedly beautiful landscape of the Lake District made with
the spring water from Ennerdale in the western Lake District. This premium London dry gin
is made using botanicals including juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, liquorice, angelica and
kiln-dried oak bark from the Lake District. No matter how smooth a gin promises to be, you
never expect the sensation to be…well, this. It’s honestly as soft as water, bar the
cinnamon/cassia tongue lashing. Smooth as silk, with a fiery taste, it’s delicious, truly.

5 - J.J Whitley Nettle Gin                         38.6%
JJ Whitley Nettle Gin has a heavy herbaceous aroma and offers a light, refreshing, zingy kick
on the palate, bound together with a gently sweetness. A rediscovered British classic inspired
by British gardens and hedgerows. The Premium bottle, the heritage and authenticity are all

6 - Monkey 47 Dry Gin                              47%
Botanically complex, with a combination of native Black Forest herbs and berries and exotic
Asian botanicals. A good third of the ingredients for this special gin come from the Black
Forest, and are definitely not what you would call typical gin flavourings. In total 47
handpicked ingredients, prepared in extremely soft spring water, give Monkey 47 whose
piece de resistance is the use of local cranberries as some sort of ‘secret weapon’, its
unrivalled complexity and quality, which is fully brought to bear through masterly distillation
and maturing in traditional earthenware containers.

7 - No.3 London Dry Gin                            46%
A beautiful looking gin from Berry Bros. Made to a special recipe, the name No.3 refers to the
address of BBR - Number 3, St James's Street. With juniper at its heart, it's also made with three
fruits and three spices using copper pot stills.

8 - Boe Violet Gin                                 41.5%
Our award winning Boe Superior Gin is infused with violets to create Boe Violet Gin. The
addition of the violets creates a stylish gin with light, delicate taste with a beautiful colour

9 - Puerto De Indias Pure Black Edition                           40%
Puerto de Indias Black Edition is a Premium Spanish Gin, made with citrus, jasmine and
vanilla for creating more floral G&Ts, Seville intense and strong flavours, notes of orange
blossom and citrus gives firmness and authority of its fruit flavour.

10 - Saffron Gin                                                 40%
Saffron Gin comes from a recipe rediscovered in the Boudier archives. Saffron Gin is the
result of an alliance between Great Britain for its London Dry Gin, India for its spices used
extensively in cooking and in religious ceremonies, and French know-how developed by
Gabriel Boudier. This original product with exotic notes is manufactured entirely at Dijon, on
the nose, juniper and corriander, not saffron, are the first botanicals to stand out leaving the
spice in question to emerge later, and leaves you wanting more.

11 - Blackwood’s Vintage Dry Gin                                 60%
Each vintage is produced in very limited quantities, each one being subtly different, the
flavour is always determined by the availability if the handpicked botanicals.

12 - Poetic License Blackcurrant & Ginger Gin 21%
The sweet berry flavour from the blackcurrants coupled with the fresh juniper and spice from
Old Tom Gin is brought together with ginger to create a warming, fruity drink with lingering

13 - Poetic License Baked Apple & Salted Caramel Gin
Liqueur                        21%
A tempting aroma of spiced apple lures you in. The drink first delivers flavours of sweet,
cooked apple backed up by warming cinnamon which complements the spiciness of the Old
Tom Gin. Further sweetness then comes through from the seasoned caramel which lingers to
leave lasting flavours of caramelised apple.

14 - Elephant Sloe Gin                           35%
The Elephant Gin herd has a new member - Elephant Sloe Gin! A variant on the gin's recipe,
with sloe berries macerated in the mix to give it the classic dark hue and rich, juicy flavour
profile, this is perfect as a warming holiday treat or in a refreshing cocktail in the summer. As
with their classic Elephant Dry Gin , 15% of the German company's profits go to two African
elephant foundations to support the preservation of the wildlife!

15 - Bakewell – Cherry & Almond Gin 40%
Bakewell Gin is an aromatic craft gin distilled at a tiny family-run distillery in the peak
district.The gin is made is a small copper pot still using traditional methods and infused with
just six botanicals. This is a fab small-batch gin with classic notes of juniper alongside, cubeb,
cardamom, sweet gale, hibiscus flowers and of course cherry and almond.

16 - Pin Gin                                                 40%
All the way from Lincolnshire comes Pin Gin, a tasty tipple made by Bottomley Distillers. Look
out for notes of black pepper, cucumber, rose, lavender, liquorice, cinnamon, almond and a
flash of citrus. The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before distillation occurs in a 35-litre
alembic still, charmingly named Dotty.

17 - Peaky Blinder Spiced Gin                         40%
A full-bodied gin named after the Peaky Blinders, a street gang from the late 19th/early 20th
Century from the Black Country, over a century’s worth of knowledge and passion has led the
Sadler family to create this bold, small batch, handcrafted spiced gin, blended with exotic
spices and botanicals.

18 - Whitley Neill Quince Gin                       43%
The Whitley and Neill families have been involved in the creation of fine spirits
since 1762, using the very best ingredients from around the world. The aroma of
fresh stone fruits appears immediately, gently followed by hints of juniper and
citrus zest. The distinctive flavour of the quince dominates the palate, giving way to
the sweetness of apricots and peaches, with a long, fruity finish that opens out into
orange blossoms and zesty grapefruit.

22 - Brockmans Premium Gin                                  40%
Delicious gin from Brockmans. This is made with Bulgarian coriander, blueberries and
blackberries as well as bittersweet Valencia orange peels. The result is well balanced and full
of flavour.

Hendrick's is a gin made oddly as a fabulous antidote to the ordinary. A gin for free-thinking
individuals who wish to foster a more curious and unusual planet. No other Gin tastes like
Hendrick's because no other Gin is made like it. Handcrafted in Scotland, by the most curious
of minds and imaginative spirit, distilled through two different types of stills, a unique blend
of eleven botanicals - and an odd but marvellous infusion of rose petal and cucumber.
Presented in a small Victorian apothecary style bottle with a cork stopper. It is not for
everyone but indulges your curious self or treat someone extraordinary.

24 - Masons Peppered Pear Gin                                 42%
While Masons likes to keep its botanical recipe a closely-guarded secret, the team has made
an exception for this pepped-up expression – rumoured to be a favorite up at the Yorkshire
HQ. Along with the Harrogate spring water and usual botanical mix comes a healthy dose of
delicate pink peppercorns and juicy conference pears. This is one of just 5,000 bottles, but the
team like it so much that they say they might make some more.

25 - Martin Miller’s Dry Gin                                       40%
Martin Miller's gin is distilled in pot stills and shipped to Iceland, where it is mixed with
Icelandic spring water. It is flavored with Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica, Florentine
orris, coriander, Seville citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and liquorice root.

26 - Boe Peach & Hibiscus Gin Liqueur                                20%
Lovingly created in small batches with Boe superior gin, the tanginess and berry rich flabour
of Hibiscus combines perfectly with the fresh peaches, to give a delightful fruity and flowery
aroma and taste.

27 - Bulldog London Dry Gin                                          40%
A delicious English gin made with poppy, dragon eye, lotus leaves, citrus, almond, lavender
and various other botanicals (12 in total -. This is four times distilled in copper pot stills, and
Bulldog had the highest rating ever received by a gin from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. It was
also voted a Top 50 spirit!

28 - Oxley London Dry Gin                                          47%
Oxley Gin, one of the first gins credited in using the cold (vacuum - distillation technique, is a
must-try in the super premium gin category. To create a batch, there is a 15-hour botanical
maceration period, then the spirit is distilled (a process that typically lasts about 5-6 hours -
before being watered down and bottled at 47% ABV. So, alongside juniper and grapefruit,
lemon and oranges, the other 10 botanicals include meadowsweet, vanilla, aniseed, orris
root, liquorice root, cocoa, grains of paradise, cassia bark, nutmeg and coriander. The result
means that Oxley Gin is bright and clear to taste.

Whitley Neill Gin is an award-winning, hand crafted premium London Dry gin. The
inspiration of the gin comes from the vivid beauty & mystery of Africa. It is distilled in small
batches by Johnny Neill, a direct descendant of Thomas Greenall & the last in a long line of
distillers. It is produced in small batches in an antique copper pot still, and contains two
African botanicals — Baobab Fruit and Cape Gooseberries as well as coriander seeds, sweet
lemon, sweet orange, angelica root, cassia bark, florentine iris and juniper berries.

For a serve that's guaranteed to appeal to any gin connoisseur, pair this spicier gin with

FEW Spirits are known for being an inventive bunch, but Hot Sauce Gin takes the biscuit.
Or takes the kebab. Or something. Anyway. What they've done is taken a batch of
bourbon that was finished for a year in barrels that previously held bourbon and then
hot sauce. They then re-distilled this whiskey with juniper, Guajillo peppers and Ancho
chilies. Savoury, spicy and with a balancing hint of sweetness, this gin is as action-
packed as the label.
