ABOUT THE YEARLING
This colts ticks every box there is to tick.
He was bred and raised at a proven producing farm in Kia Ora in the Hunter Valley. This farm has produced no less than
7 Melbourne Cup winners in a long history of high class gallopers.
This colt is by top class sire Not A Single Doubt, one of our very best proven sires available today in Australia. He
operates at an amazing 71.4% winners to runner ratio which is among the best in the land.
His dam Warpath has already produced 4 winners of which 2 are already stakes placed in Rotator (3yo full sister)
and Alkaashef (three quarter brother). Warpath herself was a stakes winner at 1600m.
Most of all this colt was purchased very well. I feel he really slipped through the cracks at $70,000 given all of these

factors.
This colt is one of the best value yearlings I have ever purchased. He should have made twice or three times the price
we purchased him for.

THE PLAN
After the sale this colt was sent for a 4 week spell after the sale
before being broken in and spelled for another 4-6 weeks. He
will then have another pre-training prep before another spell,
before he heads to the Gold Coast for his first prep with Toby
& Trent Edmonds. The colt will be broken in and pre-trained by
master horseman GREG BENNETT at his boutique Canungra
property “Fenwick Farm”.

Also grey in colour, WARPATH was a good
racemare winning at Listed level as an older
mare over 1600m at Warwick Farm before
being retired to stud. In addition to her
stakes win WARPATH won 6 other races (7
wins from 13 career starts).
At stud Warpath has been very successful
with 5 to race with 4 winners. Her youngest
Houtzen is also out of a mare by Reset foal to race is ROTATOR (a full sister to this
colt) and is stakes placed this season at two.
WARPATH is also the dam of stakes placed ALKAASHEF who was third at Listed level as a three year-old at Flemington.

WARPATH and many in her family derive their grey colour from second dam sire LINAMIX.
WARPATH is out of the very successful sire and broodmare sire RESET (by ZABEEL). Proving to be a particularly good sire
of fillies, RESET is already the broodmare sire of a host of high class gallopers including HOUTZEN, winner of the Magic
Millions 2yo and prepared by Toby Edmonds.

Toby Edmonds has been training since
1988. In 2017 his career keynote win
came on his home track in the $2m
Magic Millions Two Year-Old Classic
with I Am Invincible filly Houtzen.
Edmonds was responsible for the early preparation of Houtzen’s sire I Am Invincible when a private trainer at Warwick
Farm for prominent owner Ray Gall. Since establishing his current Gold Coast stable in 2011, Toby has carved out an
impressive winning strike rate in Brisbane each season since.
The stable has enjoyed good success in both Melbourne and Sydney during major carnivals adding to their outstanding
record at home in Queensland.
A family run business, Toby is assisted by his son Trent Edmonds. The pair formally entering into a training partnership
from 1 August 2019.

Other smart performers that Grant Morgan has selected, purchased, managed and or syndicated include Savanna
Amour, Barlinnie, Grand Reve, Currigee, Fabiarna, Faster Son, Flying Minstrel, Rumbird, Sovereign Dream,
Chevron Island, Man O Mars, McLaren Vale, Diamond Glow and Harada Bay. Grant also helped guide the early
careers of leading stallions General Nediym and Desert Sun whilst he was Marketing & Racing Manager at Eliza
Park Stud.

news to keep him and his clients at the cutting edge of the industry. Grant’s professional Form Analysis services are
also in demand having formerly consulted to Best Bets and TVN for a six year period as Queensland Form Analyst.
Recognising the importance of owners, Grant is the
immediate past president of the Queensland Racehorse
Owners Association (QROA) and Chairman of the national
racehorse owners body ATROC (Australian Thoroughbred
Racehorse Owners Council). During this dual role Grant

registered owners per horse from 10 to 20 people per horse.
This change was approved by the Australian Racing Board

Ontrack is a family owned Australian business based on the Gold Coast which has operated since 2008. Our offices
are located a short distance away from the Magic Millions Sales Complex and the Gold Coast Turf Club. The business
is managed and operated by Grant Morgan who has almost 20 years experience in the racing and breeding industry.
COMMUNICATION
Ontrack provides our clients with extensive web based
communication using the latest technology. We use a
combination of email, voice message and video to provide
regular updates on the progress of your horse. We also
encourage our clients to visit their horses on a regular basis at
the stables and spelling farms.
EVENTS
Ontrack stages several social events each year. These include
racing & breeding tours, shareholder dinners, stable inspection
days, race-days and stud tours. These events enable clients to
get to know other owners. This is also a valuable source of
