The Fleur de Coton apartment welcomes you for a stay of one or more nights.
This charming apartment has been refurbished since September 2020.T2 with 1 bedroom, living room / kitchen and bathroom. max capacity 4 people, 1 bed 140/190 and a
sofa bed.
It is a cocoon where you will only have to put down your suitcases and thus enjoy your stay in
Châteaubriant.
We have done everything to make you feel at home, warm and cozy atmosphere.
The apartment has a fitted and equipped living room / kitchen. In this living room you will find a sofa
bed, a television.
The kitchen contains a 4-seater table and completely new equipment including an oven, a hob and a
hood as well as a microwave, a manual coffee maker, a kettle and a refrigerator with a small freezer
compartment. You will also have at your disposal an iron and a small ironing board. The bathroom has
a basin, a toilet, a shower and a washing machine.
The bedroom is ready for a good night’s sleep with a 140/190 bed. You can also store your clothes
since the bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We specify that all the equipment is
completely new (purchase September 2020).
I will welcome you on your arrival and will be at your disposal for any further questions.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Quiet area 5 minutes from all the amenities of the city
center (including Carrefour Market) and 3 minutes by car from the Horizon shopping area (Leclerc,
Intermarché, maxi ZOO, Décathlon etc …) – 2 min by car Gare de Châteaubriant and 9 minutes on
foot.
Prices :
25€/night if booking for one month
35€/night if booking for one week
45€/night for stays of less than a week or just for a weekend.
We specify that the accommodation is non-smoking, we thank smokers for agreeing to smoke outside.
No animal is accepted. In times of COVID we ask that you bring your own towels and bed linen. * If
you are unable to bring them we can provide them for an additional charge (15 € ). the
accommodation is fully washed and disinfected after each rental. We count on your discretion and
your respect for the inhabitants who surround you during your stay.
