A great place to live if you're new to Philadelphia.               Living in Rittenhouse Square you are right in the middle

class. I live near the northeast corner of Rittenhouse Park and I love
it. There are tons of popular restaurants, bars, and shops nearby,

away). My building is great—I don’t need to pay for a gym or trek
over to Pottruck, there’s a great lounge (with free printing!) and roof
to have people over to, utilities are included so I only pay for rent
