Lots of traffic noise and little street parking, BUT so Love the neighborhood, Rittenhouse Square is beautiful
close to the park, amazing bars/restaurants/stores/ and we are so close to the more commercial areas like
coffee shops. Rittenhouse farmers' market, Schuylkill Walnut Street while not being in the center of the
running trail, PATCO is right there . . . love it. craziness. Plus we are within walking distance of public
transportation including 10 minutes from the 15/16
street PATCO station. I personally think it is one of the
best areas of Philly to live in.

with wi-fi access in each floor. One small gym for the building.
Even though cable and Internet are not included in rent, the
building is Comcast ready (which makes it much easier to install
it on your own). I am very happy with my unit and believe it is
good value for money. Location is convenient and apartment is
new with hardwood floors."

“Love the building! There used to be an issue with elevators
breaking down but that is no longer a concern. The building has
the best rooftop in all of center city. The study area, movie
lounge, gym, swimming pool area are also excellent. The
management is also very responsive with work orders. When I
moved into my apartment, they were helpful and agreed to add
extra hanging racks and towel rods.”
