(https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/2021/61/en) allows under Art. 8, section (C) an exception from the
requirement to be tested and to quarantine (https://www.fedlex.admin.ch/eli/cc/2021/61/en#art_8) for
persons who for compelling professional reasons enter Switzerland and whose visit cannot be
        postponed.
The same Art. 8,section (G) states the exemption for participating to a sporting competition.

This applies to all athletes, coaches and medical personnel for the period of their stay for the participation

professional reasons and that of course this could not be postponed.
