Poundland launches anti-ageing
skincare range
Pro-vitamin B5 miceller cleansing water and
collagen anti-ageing day cream aren’t the
kind of products customers are used to
seeing on the shelves of Poundland, but all
that is set to change today with the launch of
its new skincare range. Priced at just £1 per
item, the new #6 skincare range aims to
deliver healthier looking glowing skin with
collagen fillers, sweet almond oil, ceramide
and vitamins A and E.

Chanel launches its first makeup
line for men…
Chanel has made headlines over the
weekend with the announcement of their
brand new makeup line for men. The new
line will include a tinted foundation, available
in eight colours, a matte lip balm and four
shades of eyebrow pencil.

Kylie Jenner Just Launched Her
Own Instagram Face Filter
You can virtually try-on some Kylie
Cosmetics lipsticks. Kylie Jenner, once the
queen of Snapchat, just launched her own
custom face filter on Instagram. Starting
today, IG users who follow Jenner can swipe
over to their live camera on Instagram and
see what they look like when Kylie-fied with
Kylie Cosmetics lipstick.

Savlon Healthy Hands

The objective of the campaign
was to introduce young children
in rural India to the habit of
washing hands with soap before
meals
Can a piece of chalk teach young kids a
lesson or two in hygiene? Apparently, it can.
Under the Healthy Hands Chalk Sticks
campaign, soap brand Savlon along with
advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather
introduced special chalk sticks infused with
soap to young children in rural India. These
work like regular chalk sticks used to write,
but the chalk powder that collects on
students’ hands lathers up when it comes in
contact with water.

Carlsberg
Carlsberg creates 'world's first'
off-the-grid pub powered by
waterfall.

The "Carlsberg cabin" has been built by six
strangers, supported by tradesmen, over
seven days using local sustainable materials.
The pub uses hydro and solar power. It has
three rooms and is available to book through
Airbnb.

Nestlé launches S.Pellegrino
water in ‘sleek, modern’ cans
Nestlé-owned water brand S.Pellegrino has
launched a new line of canned waters
featuring updated packaging. The look of the
new design is said to draw inspiration from
the classic S.Pellegrino bottles, including the
brand’s green hue and iconic red star, all
overlaid on metallic silver.

Easyjet vies for more female
pilots by reimagining scene from
Leonardo DiCaprio movie Catch
Me If You Can.

Budget airline EasyJet has reimagined a
scene from the film Catch Me If You Can to
inspire more girls to become pilots. In the
movie, actor Leonardo DiCaprio's character,
Frank Abagnale Jr, impersonates a pilot
while being flanked by an entourage of
female cabin crew. But easyJet has released
a video featuring a girl in the role of the pilot,
while the cabin crew are played by boys.
