The Mometrix Scholarship Contest
Mometrix is a test preparation company that offers study guides, flash
cards, online courses, and practice tests. Applicants should be full-time Keywords: Essay contest,
students (enrolled in at least 12 credit hours) at a college or university in nursing
the United States. Applicants will be required to write an essay of no more
than 2,000 characters (approximately 400 words) about the single biggest motivating factor that drives
him/her to pursue a career in nursing. Awards: two winners will be awarded scholarships of $750 and
$400, respectively. The third place winner will be given the choice of third place prize: three-month
subscription to one of their online Mometrix University courses or one of Secrets Study Guide and a
Flashcard Study System.

Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Scholarships
Applicants should be accepted or enrolled in an accredited college or

graduation. Applicants must submit an essay and provide two references.
They should choose the category of scholarship for which they wish to apply, complete the online

• Category A - Gabriel A. Hartl Scholarship
    For students enrolled half- to full-time in a two to four-year air traffic control program at an institution

• Category B - Lawrence C. Fortier Memorial Scholarship
    For students enrolled half- to full-time in a two to four-year air traffic control program at an approved
    institution, in a program leading to a bachelor's degree or higher in an aviation-related course of study.
• Category C - Full-Time Employee Student Scholarship
    For full-time employees enrolled in advanced study programs to improve their skills in air traffic
    control or an aviation discipline.
• Category D - Buckingham Memorial Scholarship
    For U.S. citizens, children of air traffic control specialists enrolled half- to full-time in a program
    leading to a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Category E - Raytheon Women in Aviation Scholarship

For female students enrolled half- to full-time in a program leading to a bachelor's degree or higher in
  an aviation-related course of study. Each scholarship will include a summer internship at Raytheon.

SeniorCare.com Aging Matters Scholarship
SeniorCare.com is dedicated to helping seniors and their families in their
quest for a better life. A scholarship will be given annually to a selected Keywords: Essay contest

the senior community, or intends to pursue a career that will have an impact on the elder population. Any
existing student (or incoming freshman), in good academic standing, at a 2 or 4-year accredited college can

The AAPD NBCUniversal Tony Coelho Media Scholarship will offer eight

LA Tutors 123 Innovation Scholarship
LA Tutors has established a scholarship for students who have designed
an innovative project that makes a difference in the lives of others. Keywords: Essay contest

college/university student within the United States or Canada, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and
be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid student visa in the United States or Canada. Applicants

Pension Real Estate Association Scholarship
The Pension Real Estate Association awards scholarships on an annual basis

Miami Foundation Scholarships
The Miami Foundation’s scholarship programs help students gain access to

Cameron Impact Scholarship
The Bryan Cameron Education Foundation seeks to invest in exceptional
individuals who will make a notable impact in their varied professional and Keywords: GPA>3.7,
personal relationships throughout their entire lives. U.S. citizens who have U.S. citizen
an unweighted GPA of a 3.7 or higher are eligible to apply for this
scholarship. The Foundation is looking for candidates who have displayed strong evidence of leadership,

Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Educational Foundation Scholarship
The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Educational Foundation is
the only organization in Florida that offers the ProStart program, the Keywords:             Culinary,

B. Davis Scholarship
The scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well
as all students currently registered in any post-secondary institution. There Keywords: General, essay

an essay of less than 1,000 words on the following topic: “Describe the three characteristics of leadership

HACU Scholarship Program
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is pleased to be the

Florida Kiwanis Foundation (FKF) Scholarships
Scholarships are available through the Florida Kiwanis Foundation. Applicants must complete an official
FKF application and have been accepted to an accredited college or university within the Florida District.
Scholarships are:
•   George & Ann Langguth Scholarship
Applicant must be an immediate family member of a current Kiwanis
member of the Florida District of Kiwanis (son, daughter, grandchild, niece, Keywords: General,
or nephew). Stepchildren may be acceptable; however, spouses are not Kiwanis family
eligible. Kiwanis relative may have been deceased within the past 6 months. member, >50 service

PRSA Diversity Multicultural Scholarship
The PRSA Diversity Multicultural Scholarship annually assists and recognizes
young men and women for outstanding academic achievement and commitment Keywords: Public

or seniors who are of African American/Black, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native minorities, full-time
American, Alaskan Native, or Pacific Islander ancestry. Students must have a enrollment,

in public relations (or are in a communications degree program if a public
relations program is not offered at their school). Membership in the Public Relations Student Society of

profession, an academic transcript, and a typed two page essay on one of three topics. Awards: Two awards,

PRSA Foundation Scholarships
PRSA Foundation invests in the next generation of public relations practitioners by awarding scholarships
and grants to students active in PRSSA campus chapters, as well as other deserving undergraduate and
graduate students. Among the available scholarships are:
•   Betsy Plank/PRSSA Scholarships
Applicants must be PRSSA members, in junior or senior year of college,
preparing for a career in public relations. Applications will be judged on Keywords: Public

to public relations. A letter of recommendation from the applicant’s faculty
or professional advisor and a 300 word statement are required. Applicants may provide additional letters of

•    Axia Public Relations Scholarship

AFCEA Educational Foundation Scholarships
The AFCEA offers Educational Foundation and Chapter Scholarships.                Keywords: General
Educational Foundation has six general categories of scholarships
available for undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled and
attending full time at four-year colleges or universities in the United States. High school students are not
eligible to apply. Undergraduate applicants must be a second-year college student enrolled as a sophomore

The AZAZIE Scholarship
AZAZIE is proud to invest in the future by awarding scholarships to passionate
students who are committed to serving their community. AZAZIE Scholarships Keywords: Fashion,

Foundation for IT Education Scholarship
The Foundation for Information Technology Education exists to promote
information technology research and education and to support individuals Keywords: Information

each year for the John W. Council Scholarship, the Betty Stevens Frecknall Scholarship, the Kevin Jetton

•   Betty Stevens-Frecknall Scholarship
The Betty Stevens-Frecknall Scholarship is a prestigious national academic scholarship that is not limited
to a particular college or university. Recipients must be full-time university students pursuing an academic
degree in an information technology field. The selection committee will choose the scholarship recipients
based on scholastic ability, leadership potential and financial need. Applicants must have an overall and
major GPA of at least 3.0 and must have satisfactorily completed at least one full semester of college (12
semester hours or equivalent). Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time (12 semester hours or equivalent)
undergraduate student at an accredited institution in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or U.S.
permanent resident. Awards: $2,000.
• William R. Reaugh Scholarship
 To be eligible, applicants must be a declared computer science/CIS/MIS/IT major with an overall and
major GPA of at least 3.0., enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited institution in the
United States and be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.

Ortho Dermatologics Aspire Higher Scholarship
This scholarship, sponsored by Ortho Dermatologics, is available for U.S.
citizens who will be attending a two or four-year college, university, or Keywords: Dermatologic
vocational/technical school in the 2021-2022 academic year and who have condition
had a dermatologic condition. The applicant must submit an essay about
the effect of a diagnosed dermatologic condition on their life and the role their medical provider has played

Awards: Nine (9) college scholarships up to $10,000 each. Three awards are for undergraduate students,

    submit a 300-word essay describing a game concept that he/she would develop.
•   Stephen “Miggy” Chavez Scholarship Fund: Applicants must provide a 100-word essay on anti-
    cheating. The applicant must submit letters of recommendations from faculty members. Recipients will
    be chosen principally based on academic performance or potential, and financial need. Award: Varies.
•   Summer Camp Scholarship: MAGIC Summer Camps feature hands-on, project-based learning
    infused with the latest in the creative industries, animation, video game development, VR, 3D printing
    technology and equipment. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, good attendance and attitude
    and provide a teacher recommendation letter.

College Is Power Scholarship
The "College Is Power" scholarship is open to students age 17 and older

The WomenIn Scholarships, supported by Intel, are a collaborative effort to attract, retain and advance
women in the interactive entertainment industry by supporting their education and professional
development. This initiative provides support to female students and early career gaming professionals
through its year-long mentoring program, education, and scholarships. This scholarship is available for
women students pursuing game development or the business of interactive entertainment. GPA: 3.3
minimum. A two page personal statement and two signed letters of recommendation are required.

Mark Beaumont Scholarship Fund
Administered through the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, the
Mark Beaumont Scholarship Fund will grant an award annually for full- Keywords: Careers in

pursuing careers specializing in the business of interactive entertainment.

The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship program offers three lottery-

Walmart Live Better U program
Walmart provides a new tuition benefit available to part-time, full-time,

Club for at least 90 days. Employees would only have to pay $1 a day to
attend college. High school students who continue their education and are
currently employed by Walmart are also eligible. Colleges eligible under this benefit are: University of
Florida (Florida), Brandman University (California), Bellevue University (Nebraska), Southern New
Hampshire University (New Hampshire), Purdue University Global (Indiana) and Wilmington University
(Delaware). All these institutions provide degrees through online learning programs, enabling anyone in
the country to attend. Check the website for programs and majors. Awards: Remaining tuition, fees, and
books. Associates can apply for each program online through the Guild website or LiveBetterU.com.
