1. Welcome to iSRS 2022 Dear Colleague: On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee and SRS leadership, I am pleased to announce that the 24th International Symposium on Radiopharmaceutical Sciences will be held from May 29, 2022 to June 2, 2022. After this pandemic that has affected our professional activities and our personal lives, we are happy to host all of you in Nantes on La Cité Congress Center for an “in-person” meeting. The Cité Congress Center is certified by Bureau Veritas for good covid-19 prevention practices, to host you in the safest conditions. To benefit the global radioisotope, radiochemistry and radiopharmaceutical sciences community, we will be developing an outstanding scientific program in a venue that has numerous assets. ISRS 2021 will be strengthened by the support of the local and French key actors in the field of radioisotope and radiopharmaceutical research and development. As corporate partners, you are cordially invited to join the meeting and to exhibit your newest products, devices and services. La Cité Congress Center will offer you a large and friendly space flooded by natural light of about 3,000 square meters to install your booths. Directly connected to the main auditorium and hosting the poster sessions as well, this space will provide you the ideal place and a unique opportunity to interact with the global radiopharmaceutical sciences community, meet people, share ideas and make business. More than 800 attendees are expected, with a mix of young investigators and senior researchers from all around the world. Nantes is located at the mouth of the Vallée de la Loire and is—by nature—a welcoming, creative and forward-looking city. Nantes is the 6th largest city in France and is regularly quoted in newspapers as being one of the nicest cities in France. Nantes Atlantique Airport (20 minutes to downtown with the shuttle airport) is connected with non-stop flights to more than 60 cities in Europe and overseas. Nantes is also accessible by the TGV high speed train from Paris-Gare Montparnasse (2 hours) and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport (3 hours). The venue is in the heart of the city, opposite the main station and close to the hotels, restaurants and attractions. 2. Nantes: An Introduction
From the Château des ducs de Bretagne to the Passage Pommeraye, from the Fine Arts Museum,
to the Galerie des Machines, Nantes reveals the town’s historic, architectural and artistic heritage.
Nantes both enchants and explodes with surprises: plant-life blends with urban planning, the works
of art that make up Le Voyage à Nantes stimulate the imagination, trails for pedestrians and paths
for cycling all lead to inviting public spaces. The city centre has a medieval core (corresponding to
the former walled town) and 18th-century extensions running west and east. And the journey
continues out past the city limits with stunning vineyards that reveal a wealth of precious wines for
you to discover. All this beauty is in a realitively small area. Every part of the city is easily accessible!
Nantes is 50 km (31 mi) from the Atlantic coast. Because the city is not far from the coast, it
experiences a moderate maritime climate. During iSRS 2022, we can expect temperatures ranging
from lows near 10° C (50° F) and highs near 21° C (70° F). The Nantes region is renowned in France
for market gardens and is a major producer of corn salad, leeks, radishes and carrots. Nantes has
a wine-growing region, the Vignoble nantais, primarily south of the Loire. It is the largest producer of
dry white wines in France, chiefly Muscadet and Gros Plant. Plan to visit:
Le Château des Ducs de Bretagne
The Castle, located at the very heart of the city and opposite La Cité, will take you back in time,
from the 15th to the 18th century, onto the curtain walls, in the courtyard, the garden and the
moat.
Les Machines de l’île
You will be dazzled by the exceptional site situated on the former shipyards, at the crossroads
of Jules Verne’s “invented worlds”, of the mechanical universe of Leonardo da Vinci, and of
Nantes’ industrial and cultural history.
Le Lieu Unique
A few steps away from La Cité, the former LU biscuit factory has been converted into a unique
art centre where cultural effervescence and artistic exploration are the core concepts. A

Musée Jules Verne
The French author with the world’s most translated books was born in Nantes. A beautiful

4. Traveling to Nantes
By Airline
The Nantes Atlantique Airport is located 11 km from the city center of Nantes.
By Train
The Nantes train station is located 5 minutes from the city center and the symposium venue.
High-speed train "TGV" services connect Nantes from the following cities:

3 hours from Paris-CDG airport
Two methods to get from the Nantes Atlantique Airport to the City Center
1. By Airport Shuttle
The shuttle is the least expensive way (€8.50) to get to the centre of Nantes. Every day, the airport
shuttle bus runs between the city centre of Nantes (Place du Commerce or Lieu Unique) and Nantes
Atlantique Airport.
The shuttle runs every 20 minutes from Monday to Saturday, from 5:30 am to 11 pm, and every 30
minutes on Sundays and public holidays, from 6:15 am to 11 pm.
The shuttle takes just 20 minutes to get from the airport to the train station. It connects to the 3 tram
lines, line 4 of the Busway and the C2 Chronobus.
The shuttle pick-up and drop-off is located in front of Hall 1 of the airport.
Ticket sales: on the Tan app, online at www.tan.fr, ticket distributors at certain stations, on board from
the shuttle driver (cash or credit card) and at the Relay store in Hall 2 of the airport.

The taxi stand is just outside Hall 3 of the terminal building, as soon as you exit the building. Numerous

Other Travel Considerations
Located in the city centre, across the TGV train station and just 20 min away from the airport, La Cité is very
easy to reach:

Passport and Visa Information
For short stays (less than 90 days in the Schengen Area), European regulations specify the list of countries
whose nationals are exempt from visa requirement to enter the Schengen Area. Exempt from visa
requirements for France’s territory in Europe are :

All meetings will be held at La Cité des Congres de Nantes, which is certified by Bureau Veritas for good
COVID 19 prevention practices. The Congress Center is located near the city center and most of Nantes'
attractions. Our main lecture hall will be on one floor, almost directly below the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall
(pictured below) will be where all attendees must go to view all or nearly all of the posters and to access the
excellent foods and beverages during breaks, receptions, etc.

The corporate partner is responsible for the graphic design of the advertisement. The advertisement material has to

The corporate partner is responsible for the graphic design of the banner ad, which will remain on the meeting page
for a two-month duration. Specific sizing can be discussed.7.5. Liabilities / Terms and Conditions
Booth placement in the exhibit hall and internal advertisement placement in the program book will be
assigned based on the accrued total of priority placement points. The number of points is calculated on
this basis: 1 point for every $1,000 USD in exhibition and sponsorship fees. Additionally, partners who
submit their applications prior to November 30, 2021 will gain bonus priority placement points
equal to 25% of the total based on exhibition and sponsorship fees.
All registered exhibitors will be listed in the final conference announcement and included in the conference
guide.
The SRS reserves the right to make adjustments to the exhibit hall floor plan.
The exhibitor covers all other costs and risks in relation to the building as well as to the construction and
the support of the company’s stand. Furthermore, the exhibitor has to obtain an insurance policy against
civil liability and damages. The total costs of the exhibition space must be paid before installation;
otherwise you are not allowed to obtain the booth.
The poster sessions and coffee breaks of the Symposium are located in the same hall to encourage
interaction between the industrial exhibition and the conference participants. The exhibition is fully
integrated into the conference activities.
Please note: If you are interested in participating in the iSRS 2022 in Nantes, then please complete the
enclosed application form. After receiving your application, we will send you an invoice. At least
nine weeks before the symposium, we will send you the exhibitor’s manual including forms for
additional services and furniture. This will also include the final schedules for set up and
dismantling.
Storage, set up and dismantling: Because of the limited storage space we cannot guarantee to fulfil all
requirements concerning the storage. Please take this into consideration for the delivery of your material.

Early Submission Benefit: As noted in the terms and conditions on page 8, corporate partners who submit their applications prior to
November 30, 2021 will gain bonus priority placement points equal to 25% of the total based on exhibition and sponsorship fees.
Cancellation: After the receipt of your application form your application is binding. In the event of a written cancellation by February 15, 2022, the
SRS is allowed to charge a cancellation fee to the amount of 50% of the ordered services. For cancellations received after February 15, 2025,
there will be no refund.
*The contractor is responsible for the graphic design of the advertising. The advertisement material has to be delivered ready for print and at the
expenses of the contractor. The position of the advertisement is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.You can also read
