Note: The number of resources mentioned
above are notional in nature for the sake of
commercial only. The deployment of number
will depend on requirement of Bank on actual
utilization basis from time to time and
payment shall be made accordingly
TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP (TCO)
(This will be (TCO) and should be quoted in
the reverse auction)
++ License cost includes warranty for 1 year
# The ‘Proportion to Total Cost’ percentage mentioned here will have to be maintained in
the final price quote also by the L1/ TC1 Bidder. The percentage should be mentioned in
two decimal places. Variation in the final price should not exceed +/- 5%. See illustration
at the end.

** Cost of any new scheme in future for basic as well as NCMC certification will be paid
as per the average of the above mentioned prices.
*** Including integration with Bank’s existing internal and external interfaces(SMS,
Email, Reconciliation, Complaints, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, YONO, EIS,
CBS, Centralized Database, IPH, SBIePay, Payment gateway, ACS, Fastag, Mercury FX,
FX Out, SFG, Base24, PRM, CRM, CMS, Contact Centre, NSDL, Siron, UIDAI, AML,
Data Warehouse, Web Application Firewall, IAM, SOC)
&& Payment will be made on actual consumption basis during the contract period and
any future changes will be considered on same rate identified through this RFP. Every
customization will become part of original software and the maintenance will be done in
the existing AMC/warranty charges and no additional AMC cost will be applicable.
Note: Bank reserves the right for implement the modules mentioned in point 1 as
per the requirement and PO will be issued as and when required by the Bank,
Further, payment will be made as per the payment schedule.
