Introduction
Teekay employees are constantly on the move; whether working from home, airports, hotels,
ship yards, or one of our regional offices. In order to accommodate busy travel schedules,
Teekay’s IT department strives to provide flexible, cost-effective tools to facilitate network access
and communication while out of the office.

Helpdesk staff are always happy to answer any questions you have about connecting to Teekay
remotely.

If you are traveling on business, we recommend you contact the Helpdesk so we can do a quick
"tune-up" on your laptop to make sure it is ready to go when you need it. Please contact the
Helpdesk for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Note: Please do not leave this document unattended in public. It contains sensitive information
about the Teekay Corporate Network.

The central landing page of all the remote access services to the Teekay global network.

1. Open any web browser

2. Browse to http://my.teekay.com

Note: If you are unable to access the site, check your internet connection to ensure you are able
to browse to external websites. If you are still unable to connect, please contact the Teekay
helpdesk.

Home Page

When to use what?

While traveling, there are several ways to connect to Teekay’s Network Resources. Depending
on where you are, what computer you are using and the type of internet access you have, it may
be hard to decide which tools to utilize. The table below explains when to use what…

1 - VPN (Teekay Issued Computer)
The Teekay VPN provides access to network resources such as file servers and network drives
that are otherwise only available in the office. (This is only accessible from Teekay issued
computers using any browser of your choosing). (Note Chrome & Firefox, you must click on the
download to start the apps). Citrix allows you to access the Online Storefront where you can
access your Citrix applications and Virtual Desktops.

    1. Navigate to my.teekay.com and choose
       ” New Citrix Access”

    2. Enter your
           a. Username
           b. Password
           c. Passcode

Note: Your Username and Password are the same as the login credentials you use in the office.
Your PASSCODE is the 6-8-digit number in the RSA App on your mobile

*You may be prompted to install two plug-ins for the VPN Client. If you have not installed the
plug-ins before
1. Click Install
2. Select Run or Allow to the installation prompts

     Once “Endpoint Analysis” has confirmed that the computer belongs to the Teekay, you will be
     presented with two options. Choose “Network Access” for VPN.

4. Once you have installed the VPN tunnel software and have connected, you will be displayed
   with this screen

     Closing this window will close your connection to the VPN.

Note: At this point, if your network drives are not displayed in the ‘Computer’ window, proceed to
the next step to reconnect them

5.                 Find and Double-Click the Map Drives icon on your desktop

     Note: Map drive script is located at C:\Windows\Install$\RLOGIN

The Map Drives script runs silently - you should not see anything displayed.

All your network drives should now be available in My Computer.

Reminder: Please do not close the my.teekay.com window until you are finished working. Doing
so will disconnect your VPN connection to the Teekay Network

2 –Using Citrix Receiver on a Personal Computer

This link will direct you to the online Citrix Storefront, where you can access your Citrix
applications and Virtual Desktops.

(To install Citrix receiver on a non-TK computer, visit https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/ )

1. At the login page, Enter your:
   • Username (not email address)
   • Password
   • Passcode

2. Click Log On

Note: Your Username and Password
are the same as the login credentials
you use in the office.
Your PASSCODE is the 6-digit code
from the RSA SecurID App

(Note: Please click on “Skip Check”

3. After successfully logging in, you should see a page like below.

The APPS tab includes all the Citrix applications you can access, while the DESKTOPS tab
allows access to the TK Virtual Desktop environments.

3 – Yammer
Yammer is an enterpriseYammer is an enterprise social networking
service used for private communication within the Teekay organization.
This is a part of Office 365, and therefore is accessible from any internet-
connected computer. Login with your Teekay email address and
password.

4 – SharePoint
            SharePoint is a web-based application that integrates with Microsoft Office and
            Office 365. It allows for online file storage and organization, as well as collaborative
            real-time editing.
                        SharePoint is accessible at https://teekaycorp.sharepoint.com
                        Log in with your TK email address and password.

5 – OneDrive
              OneDrive is a file-hosting service operated by Microsoft allows users to store files
              in the cloud. Files can be synced to a PC and accessed from a web browser or a
              mobile device, as well as shared publicly or with specific people.

              VPN is not required to access OneDrive. You can login to OneDrive by going to
              https://teekaycorp.onedrive.com on any internet connected computer. Log in with
your TK email and password.

6 – Outlook
            Outlook on Office 365 provides full access to your Teekay mailbox from any internet
            browser. Simply login with your email address and password to view your inbox and
            online archive.

          Archive files in PST format are not accessible from Outlook online.

7 –PORT

Login with your PORT username and password. Please note the username and password might
be different from your Teekay Domain Account

8 - Using the Citrix Receiver on a Teekay Issued Computer

     1. Under the Start Menu,
        look for “Citrix
        Receiver” and click on
        it to launch.

     2. If you are not
        connected to the
        internal TK network,
        you will be prompted
        to log in with your
        Username, Password
        and RSA Passcode

     3. After Citrix opens, you
        will see some
        applications are under
        “Desktops” and other
        applications are under
        “Apps”

9 - Email access

Outlook on TK Computer
                You can open Outlook on your Teekay laptop and send and receive mail without
               having to connect to VPN. Simply launch Outlook from the Start Menu.

               Email on Mobile Device
Email accounts added to your mobile phone or tablet will continue to send and receive mail if they
are connected to the internet.
If you are travelling abroad, you will need to connect to wi-fi, or enable data roaming on your
device.

Outlook Online – Office 365
Outlook on Office 365 provides full access to your Teekay mailbox from any internet browser.
Simply login with your email address and password to view your inbox and online archive.

Archive files in PST format are not accessible from Outlook online.

10 - Skype for Business

           Skype for Business is the standard instant messaging tool used by Teekay and can
           be used to keep in touch with colleagues around the world. It can be used while
           travelling and requires only an internet connection.

            If you are not automatically logged in on your Teekay computer, please follow the
      instructions below to log in once your internet connection is established.

      •   Click on the Skype for Business icon on your task bar, or start menu
      •   Sign in using your Teekay email address and select Sign In

                                    office, please contact the local IT personnel or hotel
                                    concierge.

How do I avoid unexpected           Even if you're not actively using your phone or tablet while

                                    your phone or tablet will still use data (for example,
                                    receiving email messages, automatic app downloads,
                                    location services) and you may end up with unexpected
                                    charges.

                                    To avoid data roaming charges, turn off the data roaming
                                    feature on your phone when not in use.

                                    iOS: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data
                                    Roaming

                                    Android: Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile
                                    Networks > Data roaming
