1. LOCATION
Umbriaverde Shooting Complex
Situated in the green heart of Italy ,Umbria region, near to the
medieval city of Todi, only 75minutes away from Rome airport
and 95 minutes from Florence.
Umbriaverde Shooting range is a polyvalent complex with 7
combined layouts, equipped with the best shooting machines
in order to practice all the Olympic and not Olympic disciplines.
The Complex is also an accommodation facility with 32 comfort
able suites, singles and double rooms ,each uniquely decorated
are furnished in a modern style.
Each room comes with a mini-bar, and Wi-Fi connection
ensuring a relaxing visit in this elegant country residence.
The Wellness Center is a little gem, a place where water, colors and sounds will give you a magical
and relaxing atmosphere for you and your senses.
A large gym equipped with Technogym machinery, wellness center credited Jacuzzi with sauna,
Turkish bath, chromo therapy shower, Jacuzzi, dressing rooms for massage and physiotherapy, an
outdoor swimming pool are all at your complete disposal during the event.
The Umbriaverde Complex has a restaurant that offers to its guests typical Umbrian cuisine.
From pastes all made strictly by hand, to local grilled meats, all the products are organically grown
in vegetable garden.
The extra virgin olive oil that accompanies the cooked dishes and legumes are produced by the own
farm respecting the Mediterranean diet.
The Umbriaverde Shooting Complex hosts inside an expert Stock Maker who is at your disposal to
build or custom-made only for you the stock for all kind of shotguns that you could try directly at
the range.
2. EVENTS – CATEGORIES
Trap: Men ID Number ,Men No ID Number ,Veterans, Ladies,
Junior Men & Junior Lady, Para Trap.
Skeet: Men ID Number, Men No ID Number, Veterans, Ladies,
Junior Men & Junior Lady.
Mixed Team: Trap, Skeet.
Trap Team: National & Club (3 components)
Skeet Team: National & Club (3 components)
Will be ID NUMBER all the shooters with the ISSF ID NUMBER in the last 5 years (till 2017 included)
3. ENTRY FEES – COSTS OF TRAINING
Entry fee per shooter per event € 190
Entry fee per Team per event € 75
Entry fee per Mixed Team per event € 150
Training cost per round (Trap, Skeet) €8
Official Training will be open and not included in the Entry fees.
4. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Participants must submit a completed Entry Form to Umbriaverde Shooting Complex by e-mail. The payment of the Entry fees will be carried out at the range upon arrival. Payments must be made in Euro. Credit cards will be accepted. 5. CUSTOMS FORMALITIES, IMPORT OF FIREARMS A max. of three (3) shotguns and 1.200 cartridges are allowed to enter in Italy. European Union nationals holding a “European Shotgun Certificate” can import to Italy their firearms without an auxiliary permission; however, they are requested to fill in the “Firearm and Ammunition Form” for Local Police security reasons. Upon receipt of the form duly filled in, the athletes travelling by plane will receive a nominative invitation letter to show the Police and Customs Authority together with the European Shotgun Certificate at arrival. To the Athletes not holding the European Firearm Certificate, the Organizing Committee soon after receiving the “Firearm and Ammunition Form” duly filled in, will send the FITAV gun permit to be shown the Police and Customs at arrival in Italy. The Gun permit form must be required sending an email to umbriaverdesporting@gmail.com 6. AMMUNITION & GUN RENTAL The customs authority will allow participants to import with them all the necessary ammunitions that will be used for the competition. The cartridges will be available for sale at the shooting range: RC,B&P,FIOCCHI,CHEDDITE,NOBEL SPORT,BORNAGHI and CLEVER. Price are around € 5 – 8 per box of No.25. For any personal request or order of ammunition’s stock, please contact the Organizing Committee at umbriaverdesporting@gmail.com Will be available at the range the rental service where it will be possible to rent the shotgun or any other shooting equipment. 7. ENTRY VISA Italy is a member of the European Union and Schengen Agreement.EU Nationals are able to enter Italy with a valid passport or with a valid ID Card. Countries that require an Entry Visa for Italy should apply to the Italian Embassy/Consulate in their Country well in advance before departure. Detailed information regarding Visa can be found in the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.esteri.it orvistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en Those Federations who need a Sport Visa, must send to FITAV, Federazione Italiana Tiro a Volo, not later than 1th May 2021 the visa support form with all the passport copies at the E-mail:visa@fitav.it The Italian Shooting Federation has no influence on the Embassies and will only be able to provide invitations for the period of the Green Cup Event and eventual pre-event training. No Visa will be granted upon arrival at the airport.
8. ACCOMODATION & LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation
and means of local transportation.
The Umbriaverde Sporting Resort, conveniently located in the
shooting complex , guarantees special rates during
the event and will be glad also to arrange the accommodation in
other Hotels close to the range offering agreed prices.
The Organizing Committee could organize the transfer service
from the Rome airports to each accommodation facilities
(and return) if request.

9. WEATHER
On May, the weather in Italy is very pleasant with an average temperature
between 15 °C during the night and 28 °C during the day.
10. DEADLINES
All relevant Forms (Entry Form, Visa Request Form, Firearm and
Ammunition Form) must be filled in and returned by 1STMay 2021.
