The KAI Promise
All of KAI’s DMCs follow these guidelines
1. Every DMC is exclusively trade only, not accepting bookings directly from travelers.
2. Our DMCs excel at planning an entire itinerary but are happy to handle just a portion if
preferred.
3. Every itinerary is customized for your clients. Nothing cookie-cutter or off the shelf.
4. If our DMC operates in a country, they have offices and staff in that country.
5. Breakdown pricing of proposals (details of how this is done varies with each DMC).
6. 24 hour or less turnaround time (unless otherwise noted by the DMC).
7. Emergency numbers available for after hours calls.
8. KAI is here to help with communication, education, FAM Trips, and marketing content.

workshop for vehicle maintenance.
