Adult Workshops Adult workshop Date and Time Location Description Super Dad, Super Thursday Zoom Calling all dads! This workshop is for you! Super Kids... they come Kids – June 3 from Super Dads, who put in a lot Communication 1pm of sweat and effort in the hopes to help their children grow into mature adults who contribute to the world and who are nurtured by caring, involved and responsible parents. Join us as we discuss communication and how it specifically relates to your role as a father. Help Your Child Monday Zoom Join in a conversation about early math skills and how you can build Develop Early Math June 7 your child’s skills with play Skills 1pm activities. By encouraging your child to build important early numeracy skills in a relaxed, interesting, and interactive way, you are giving them the best possible chance at succeeding in, and learning to love, math! Importance of Thursday Zoom Sensory play is an important part of baby’s development. Join us Sensory Play for June 10 today to learn the benefits of Babies 1pm sensory play and how to make a DIY Sensory Hoop for baby to use. DIY Sensory Hoop (This hoop is best suited for infants - newborn to 6 months). Materials: A large hula hoop, large zip ties/ strong yarn/twine, scissors, a variety of fabrics in different textures/tassles/ribbon, small items i.e., bath pouf, measuring spoons, large basting brush, small soft toys, rattles (your choice!) Positive Parenting Tuesday Zoom Join Kristin, a certified Triple P facilitator, to discuss the Strategies June 29 importance of positive strategies 1pm and messaging when it comes to encouraging desirable behaviour in your kids.

Wednesday Zoom Get your yoga mat ready and come join Celine for a fun and June 9 and 23rd interactive kids' yoga adventure! 10am Parents are encouraged to join in on the fun! Using stories, role- play, and a good portion of silliness we will move and stretch as well as squeeze in some breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques. We hope to see you there! Celine is a certified kid's yoga instructor through Cosmic Kids Yoga. Scavenger Hunt Saturday Zoom Grab your detective hats and magnifying glasses and join June 12 Caroline for an indoor scavenger 9:30am hunt. It is a fun way to get your child thinking and moving, as well as having lots of fun. No-Sew Tote Monday Zoom Not ready to give up that old t-shirt you’ve outgrown? Why not June 14 turn it into an upcycled, earth- 10am friendly tote bag to use at the park or beach this summer! Materials: an old t-shirt, scissors Pet Show and Tell Thursday Zoom Introduce us to your favorite furry friend! Children will have the June 17 opportunity to show off their pet 11am and tell us all about him or her. No pets? Show and tell us about your favorite stuffed animal instead! 3

Niagara Story Walk Monday Zoom Featuring the book " If you Plant A Seed" by Kadir Nelson! “ This and Craft June 28 book demonstrates the process 11am of planting and growing for young children and how planting a seed of kindness can bear sweet fruit.
